I was throwing up 405lbs for 5 reps on a bench with no help. That was in my powerlifting days.

Simon .Long Jump 20 feet 7 inches. Still have the sheet for proof that white men CAN jump. Triple I didn't do because I did high jump ( only 6-1) and 100m dash. Could dunk a girls basketball (hands to small to palm mens).

I did bench 500 lbs for ten reps and was doing 365lbs for ten reps on the over head tricep press at the same time. ;D Something to be said for building up the long head of the tricep. I know of course that those numbers are nothing to someone who really works at the bench press. I also know that I will never see those numbers again after two spinal surgerys that were affecting my arms.

365 bench, 610 deadlift , 580 squat , for a total of 1555lbs, at 165lbs. But kinda had help, because my father and uncle are world champion powerlifters. Right now I maintain a 300 bench and a deadlift with belt on that is over five. Can't squat though anymore since I tore my achelies tendon. Jarod Cash out of Idaho though got a 505 on his bench at the last push and pull. He is one talented guy I tell ya. Oh and to refute what was said earlier, yes bench does help you with armwrestling. Side pressure, tricep press, hit and holding strength all use the major muscle group of the pectoral as well as the tricep.

Geez you smaller 150lb guys make me feel like a chump i thought was strong fo my size. I weigh 185. once i benched 305, but right now its around 280 and the sad part is i could do that 3 years ago my senior year in highschool ive always gone to the gym on a regular basis. i guess i just peaked i dont think ill ever bench over 305. IM going to have to train harder

Not that the #'s are impressive but I usually get a WOW OR TWO from my squat #'s.. When I was weight training 5 days a week I was able to squat 465lbs at a body weight of 170lbs for reps of 6.. My best bench is wimpy wimpy but I put out there.. I put up 305lbs at a body weight of 180lbs.. Deadlift best was 405lbs. at 170lbs..Nothing outstanding but hey I'll share my #'s cause I'm proud of them ;D
