You soak them in hot water and it helps the blood flow through the tissue that you tore down so it heals a little faster and maybe a little stronger if you had a really good practice.

Yeah exactly ima soak today too before I go weigh in if you soak in a very hott bath you actually lose some water weight doing that too. It always makes my arms feel better when I soak them also if it is inflamed stick it in a bucket of ice water then a bucket of hot water and keep doing that for as long as you can and it helps the healing process.

Ryan; Preach on. I have yet to see you throw anyone on the ground, sit on them and read the scripture to them. Forcing them to listen. Matl'e I don't know you personnally, though you should decide what you beleive and be true to that beleif. Which would mean not being swayed by another mans post. Ryan likes to preach. Everyone on the board knows that. So you have the right and privilege to read or not to read when you see it his. There must be something burning within you to read them. Fortunately Ryan is not a violent extremist, Like some I see over so called cartoons. If he was that way, he would problaly be outside your house with signs protesting

Ron valid points and yes its terrible that we have such a world as this to have people killing each other over cartoons. Ryan and I have come to a better understanding with each other, as well as Harold and I. Mostly I think that we agreed that its hard to explain and discuss over a board. Harold and talked of the phone and it was much easier to convey what we both meant. I would say that we are all just ducky now, and there really wasn't that much that we did not agree on. We all love the lord, but as this board goes..... its so hard to know what the other one means when its written in posts. Ryan is a good person as is Harold...... I look foward to getting know the both of them and also to learning more about eachs love for the lord.
