Robert, You do have a good point, but since I believe its one of Oscar's last fights he wants to go out a winner. Floyd is very fast and faster than Oscar, but which one has fought wars in the ring longer? OSCAR. I'm taking Oscar in the later rounds only.

This will be Oscar's defining moment as a fighter. He is bigger and very fast himself. This should be the best fight in boxing since Hearns- Leonard I. I can't wait!!!

Floyd already tore up a guy way bigger with more power. I see him KO victory in the 8th!

If Oscar does win it would have to be by KO.

Can't pick a winner, too many variables.
Not sure who Jim meant about the bigger guy, maybe Baldomir? Definitely less power.
Mark, Hearns vs Leonard, Defining moment?? They were undefeated superstars.
Although I disagree with some of the decisions, DelaHoya has had four super fights/defining moments, and is 0 and 4. Not counting his lightweight fights.

Casey, Great points. This is Oscar's chance to redeem himself after 3 very tough losses. Other than the Hopkins fight his losses were very close bouts that he lost in the later rounds as he would fade. Some might say not enough heart to win those fights. I see him being on fire for this fight even more so then when he fought Vargas. To beat a great fighter in Maywheather would make up for all those tough losses. Hearns-Leonard created more of a buzz for a fight than any other in history that was a non Heavyweight bout. I could be wrong but I get the same feeling about this fight. I am hearing non boxing fans talking about it. See you in Tahoe.

0-4 in Super fights? Well how 'bout 1-3.... Oscar (by scorecards) lost to Tito, but Oscar was never in any trouble. Oscar shut it down or put it in the freezer in the last 3 or 4 rounds of the fight. He will not do it Saturday. I'm loving the 24/7 shows on HBO. All four shows will air on Friday nite at 8 pm est.

Carey, I wrote in my posts that I didn't agree with the decisions. Personally, I thought he beat Tito, but didn't like him running away at the end. I also thought he beat Mosley both times, but they could have went either way. And I thought he was about even with Hopkins until he got caught with a perfect body shot.
Unfortunately, that makes him 0 and 4 in his super-fights. Leonard never lost one.
