1. CREATINE 2. PROTIEN 3. EAT PROFUSLEY 4. TRAIN HARDER 5. BEER WORKS TOO. (ALL IN THE SAME DAY) crazy thing about diets is when i try to gain weight i start losing, i diet to lose weight i gain.....this crazy rotation keeps me at my weight i'm at now. TK BTW, I agree w/ all the above also (1-5)!!! Dont know about that last one though... ;D

What kind of workout are you doing right now michael? Working legs & back really hard puts weight on anyone since they're the biggest muscles in the body...
Compound movements + extra calories= weight gain, for most people weather you're natural or not. Just gotta be consistant and try to eat healthy, as you want the weight to be solid as possible.
