Surprise!!!!!!!! I weigh 157lbs @ 10.5% body fat. This should be an extremely fun yet seriously competitive class. Can't wait to see you all there.

For the record books I started dieting nearly 10 weeks ago. I have made a complete lifestyle change in the way I eat and workout. I feel much healthier with the excess weight gone. I have gone from almost 178lbs to currently 157. I started off dropping my carbs down to 50g's per day taking over 200g's of protien. I eat mostly vegetables, meats, and other nutritious foods. Now I take in normal amounts of carbs to stay healthy and functional. I go to the gym at 6:00 AM every morning and work out and then return at 6:00 PM to finish my work out or do some cardio. Each cardio session I did atleast 50 minutes of walking on the maximum incline that the machine would allow. I keep my heart rate at appx 130-135 bpm usually burning around 570 calories in that time period. By doing my cardio this way, I was efficiently burning fat without burning muscle too.

Olin,anyone can win that class but im Cobra has the highest chance.when we have so many of top pullers in a class anyone can beat anyone because of a bad draw.i remember that you beat Cobra after he had a dog fight with Fisher.i will really hate if anyone beats me because of me having a tough match before.

Being an under dog is really a good advantage for me, because I know that there is a possibility to win, and on the other hand it puts me in a situation where I will be underestimated. |

Olin,
Damm, you make it sound so easy! I wish it was, losing weight gets harder with age even when you do it right like you are. You'll find out what I'm talking about when your 40 something. I can't wait till the 15th to get on the scale. See you all in Vegas.
