not gettin riled up....just sayin. Now, I DO BELIEVE your rankings will work themselves out. Some how they HAVE TO, being that they are rankings based on results. That being said, you might be waiting about 5 yrs at this pace for these things to work themselves out! Have fun with it.....and enjoy getting old while they adjust! That little boy you just had might be pulling Junior Worlds in the 2024 WAF by the time daddy got it right! Then.....you sit back, drink a cold one with the young man and marvel at what you have done!!! Ha! Just bustin yur balls a little! Always valued your opinion! It will take 2 solid years to make them right .... ......I'm patient! TK

Im sorry tk but those opinion based rankings are laughable at best, when we started the idea was supposed to be that based on facts we voted an inital ranking but then you pmd your rankings to everyone and with exception of anthony aaron and myself the rest seemed to have just went along with yours without looking at any facts, I cannot keep associating myself with these rankings if we aren't at least voting to fix them,
Workman, who has he beat...just because you win a tourney does not qualify you for any ranking, just like winning a national title does not qualify you for a ranking, what does qualify is beating people. So again I ask who has workman beat, who has avants beat?
Taggart has some ground because he's active and as aaron would say he does work, but look at some of his losses and you will know he is not on par with james or andrew, and all this about the guy from my state he is a bad dude but has not proven to be at the level they have proven they are at
It seems to me there are too many homers worried about ranking people in there state or their buddies high on opinion only, I would put casto 1st and have never had a conversation with the man, if we can go by fact I will continue to help if not then I want no part of this popularity contest

HOMERS? 1. WHEN WE WERE VOTING, WE WERE STATING "OUR" TOP 10 2. NOT ONE GUYS TOP 10 WAS THE SAME! 3. AARON BLEVINS CHOSE NOT TO CAST HIS VOTE (BUSY) 4. MYSELF / CHOP / STUMP HAD NEVER HEARD OF ANDREW. 5. CHOP & STUMP HAVE PULLED IN SOUTHERN TOURNEYS WHERE BENOIT & WORKMAN WERE PRESENT....ACTUALLY WATCHED DAN BEAT ALGER (WHO WAS VOTED VERY HIGH) 6. THERE WAS CONFUSION BETWEEN AVANTS & SAVOY. 7. IF SAVOY BECOMES ACTIVE WOULD EASILY BE AT THE TOP. 8. MYSELF / STUMP / CHOP HAD AVANTS NO.1 9. ONCE THE 10 WAS INTACT, THE PULLERS REPRESENT THIER SPOTS! 10. I REPRESENT ALL THE PULLERS....NOT A HOMER! 11. JAMES R. WAS LISTED AS NO 1 BECAUSE HE HAD THE VOTES ACROSS THE BOARD AT NO 1 AND NO 2 SPOT...... 12. I RESEARCHED CASTO AND FOUND HIS WINS MOSTLY IN THE HEAVIER CLASSES. FACTS: [glow=red,2,300]1.ANDREW CASTO DID NOT BEAT ANY OF THE 7 PULLERS AHEAD OF HIM WITHIN THE TOP 10.[/glow]2. HE WAS PULLING IN A 209 CLASS WHICH GIVES UP 11 PDS 3. HIRST & COREY ARE 220 PULLERS DIETED DOWN. 4. JAMES R HAS NOT LOST SINCE HE'S BEEN #1 5. JERRY AVANTS HAS NOT LOST (DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMP) 6. TAGGART WON 1ST AND HAS NOT LOST 7. WORKMAN WON HIS CLASS 198 AND THE 242 RIGHT HAND WITHOUT A SINGLE LOSS. 8. ALGER LOST TO BENOIT AT FL ST AND COLBY ANDERSON 9. I AGREE THAT BENOIT SHOULDNT BE AS HIGH, BUT WITH A WIN OVER ALGER...IT CAN'T BE IGNORED. 10. CASTO WON OVER JAMES R IN 2009....LONG TIME AGO IN THIS SPORT. SO WITH THAT SAID.... THIS HOMER WILL DEFEND JAMES R FROM NC / AVANTS LA / TAGGART TN / WORKMAN FL MY HOMER COVERS 4 STATES. THE TOP 10 IS SET.....THESE GUYS HAVE TO EARN OR LOSE THEIR SPOTS. AS FOR ANYONE WHO SAYS AVANTS WIN AT AAA'S HE DIDNT BEAT ANYONE TO EARN HIS TITLE?....WHERE'S YOUR NATIONAL TITLE? IF IT'S THAT EASY?....... LAST BUT NOT LEAST. ANDREW CASTO, I HOPE YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN ANY OFFENSE TO WHATS BEING SAID, I PERSONALLY THINK YOU'RE A GREAT PULLER, AND HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON. T/K

Who in the SEC has workman beat in the last two years, anybody in the top ten?
you said Casto win over james was a year and a half ago a long time in this sport, well who has Avants beat in the top ten in the last two years, was anyone in the top ten at that AAA nationals? national titles are only as good as the people you beat to get them, your wife could go to unifieds this year and sign up for the womens 176 right hand class and become a national champ by defalt because its an empty class.
TK lets be real cause I have the pm's how many FL boys did you vote in the top ten in the SEC in each class, im guessing over all was about 50% and some most people havnt heard of.
at some point rankings have to look at like opponants because these pullers never pull each other, we set the rankings and are now adding people at the end so by theory its better to have pulled earlier in the year because your name got on the list faster and with these rankings its much harder to gain a spot than to lose it
Its all good though, this is a very simple fix and IF we cant look at the facts and put it to a vote then I dont need to keep wasting my time, I'm not saying Jump casto to one but look at like opponants of all of them and give credit where it is due

BTW Corey is ranked number 1 in the 220's so Casto needs to take his spot right, I guess the 198 class is tougher than the 220 class.
Hirst and Corey are 220 pullers dieted down? is that the no excuse guy making excuses, I hate coming accross like I'm sure I am but this is arguing where there is no grounds for argument

Yikes guys! If you watch my match (from 2009) with Andrew, we were dead center of the table in a hook and my elbow came off the front of the pad. He was 198, I was 192 (close enough). Though people have said that he had a prime spot in the bracket this past weekend, (I guess Selearis had wars with Stanton and Hirst) that was still an incredibly tough class to win. If you think he deserves the top spot at 198, I can understand.
As for the 220 class being tougher than the 198s...that is debatable, all I know is that I have a winning record on four of the guys in the IN The Hook rankings at 220 and have lost to plenty of guys that aren't ranked. In the southeast, I would say the 220 is probably stronger than the 198 class but my problem has always been cutting to 198 and having the strength I have at 220. I know Chris Heath has had similar troubles in the past, as has James Battles and I suspect Andrew Casto as well.
Fritz (when trained) is very strong but it is hard for the SC guys to get him to practice each week. I honestly think Timmy Mac is the best in that class but I think Andrew would be a tough matchup with him based on style. I think it would be great to get everyone to Georgia in May and see where the chips fall, that would save a lot of people from all of this fighting.

as I have stated to TK in text, I would be good with James Avants Casto top three any order but Casto can't be lower than 3
