Is there someone he beat at AAA's that has beaten any of these ranked guys? TK Seriously? I'll see if I can help...as I beat my head on the desk! You rank him 1st! Because: 1. he just beat frickin' Jim Bryan (WORLD CHAMPION) and none of those guys could beat Jim. 2. The only other Nat'l champs on your list are Battles, Thornes and My old man (masters). Pretty big deal. 3. If you have paid attention at all over the past 4 years, you would of seen him take 2nd to Bresnan in Buffalo 07? Beat Paul Walthers in the 242's SC in 09 and basically be a beast anywhere he's pulled.. Now, I've never even really met the guy so, I'm not rooting for "my boy". He hasn't gotten out much but he's been a bad dude in the heavies so, if he can stay at 220, he's the man. Trust me. Only, problem will be that he only goes to 1-2 a year. Now one more order of business.... You must have something against the name Russell because, yall have also have been blindfolded when my old man has pulled on armtv or when the results have been posted on the board. RH, he has wins over some national level quality dudes first off and then, as far as the SE goes, he has beat Darnell B. (no disrespect intended) every time they've pulled. Hasn't pulled many of the others (of course) but had wars with Tim M last sept and just took James R to the wire in a couple of 1min long strap matches in April. Why don't you ask James and Tim where he should be? Some of your hometown heros, should of had to beat him to get ranked above him. LH he has beat Darnell B. every time they've pulled once again and just beat C. Heath in April and then won the overalls. Side note: I'm pretty sure C. Heath's right is out of commish for a while and Thornes hasn't been to a tourney in a year or so.

"None of those guys could beat Jim Bryan", that is an opinion not a fact. With all due respect to doug, if im not mistaken, Jim Bryan beat Doug on Friday night.
Doug I watched you win the nationals man, great pulling. I am a fan.
As far as having something against the Russells, thats bull sh__. Noone has anything against anyone. There are no home town heros. A committee voted, not just one person. I agree they need to be in the mix but not straight to the top.

this is a never ending moan and groan fest. I'M OVER IT!!! first of all let me say this national titles mean NOTHING!!!! when it comes to rankings, unless you beat somebody above you to get that title. case in point Jerry Avants wins AAA nationals last year and I can't name one person he beat to win that title. CAN YOU? ANYBODY? no disrespect to any National Champions but until there is only one,and you CANNOT win a national title with 3 in your class, they will hold very little sway IMO. I dont care how many on the list are not national champions because they have ALL beat National Champions. second, Tom Nelson beat Tim Bresnan at UAL KOTH and just got DESTROYED by Don Underwood who Tim seemed to beat with ease in their last supermatch. STYLES MAKE MATCHUPS and there are a million things that can attibute to a win. (set up, ref, fouls, sick, my dog ate my homework yaddayadda) so unless its head to head this will not help rankings Further more if someone pulls twice a year and not at all in this region why would they be added to the list ,to say nobody on that list could beat Jim Bryan is a little funed especially when none of them have pulled. lastly I will never understand why people pretend to care nothing about rankings and constantly complain when people put them togather, it doesnt matter how many variations of the rankings we were to post when its all said and done NO MATTER WHAT somebody is gonna complain EVERY SINGLE TIME, I dont know why we bother, its why Johnny gave up, its why the ITH rankings use a million different reasons to rank one guy over the next "well he has only beat him once" we damn I guess we need to start keeping record and the only way to pass someone will be to beat him more times than he has beat you this is a very simple fix, FIND the person who you think has your spot and pull him, if not then there is no arguement, or pull enough that you eventually run into people in front of you and knock them off. Frankly sick of the I understand we have a large region and not everyone pulls each other but that doesnt mean we should just make it up as we go along based on two other guys matches, In Giles Sr case if he has beaten someone recently that he should be in front (exp Chris Heath) of then a move is due, otherwise I'm not about to try and guess at this point in the game, you dont get brownie points for beating someone who is not in the region because then we are back to ranking by opinion and I will not participate for the time being Doug Casto is inactive for the region unless he has pulled inside it, or somebody from it in the last 6 months. If he has pulled in the region who has he beat and thats the spot he should take

If one person flailed their opinion across these rankings it would be crazy! If you can provide us a proof of win For SR like a copy and paste result that he's placed higher than the aforementioned pullers in 2011..... I'll be glad to bring forward a motion for you..... As far as the Jim Bryan thing.... It's opinion only...... We're not building a hall of fame for 2007.... Were building active results. I don't have anything against the Russells even though y'all have been more than hatefull towards me. If you win you'll rank... Nuttin personal ! TK

I don't pretend not to care. I got turned off in the beginning because, for the most part yall were way biased towards your locals when u did the initial rankings. Some of you have hardly ever pulled outside your area. Not trying to moan and groan, I just think if you're gonna do rankings, you should at least watch arm tv and/or pay attention to what guys are doing around the US. At least have some sort of national perspective.
No sh!t, there are 3 nat'ls and some are harder than others. But if they are so easy to win, why haven't any of the top 5 won one yet? Dave are you telling me that you think any of these top 10 could beat Paul Walther or Jim Bryan? If so, then I'm saying you're clueless. Sorry. What if Casto beat Breznk? Marcio? Tom Nelson? Would he still need to "hunt down" Stump and Kurt Vickers??? LMAO!
