Not every referee can admit to a mistake. There are many cases of ambiguous decisions made by refs at, for example World Championships. Of course camera system can be discussed, but I want to repeat once again: PAL will use cameras no matter if it requires to use 4, 6 or 8 of them.
In 5th round the technical ref noticed foul but next to him was sitting Igor Bodrichenko - referee with over 10 years of experience. He decided that there was no foul. But because PAL organized this tournament, PAL invited competitors, invited and payed for the referees, it is PAL that admits to a mistake. Again, this system will be constantly improved and developed.
