1ST Place $ 5000

Registration fee is $ 275
Travis Bagent, Chris Myers, Mike Selearis have already registered...
One weight class only...
Travis Bagent is coming, but he would not tell anybody else, for the fear that John Brzenk,Ron Bath and Matt Girdner might also show up and take away all the cash!!!
Just talk to Travis and he will confirm this....
The man who is the promoter of this event is a former Professional Wrestler....He got a few sponsors, a few local car dealerships, and that's why the huge payout....Please put up the flyer so all of your members could have a chance to attend...
The promoter says he already has over 100 entries, so the payout is certain...
The promoter's name is Nick, and he could be reached at 917-687-3905 or via email at nickgcw@aol.com.
Everyone needs to call him as soon as possible to let him know of their intentions...
I will be running the event, probably AAA rules, double elimination.

I have talked to Christian Binnie and he said that he will make sure Marcio Barboza will show up to beat up on Travis Bagent...
So even if John Brzenk does not show up or Matt Girdner, Travis will have his work cut out for him...
I have also talked to James R. and he has advised me to have 3 weight classes, but that is still in the air, as Nick, the promoter wants an overall winner to win all the cash...That would not make sense to all other armwrestlers to make the trip...I have tried to explain this to Nick, but he is stubborn....
Nick says that he has all kinds of powerful men from all around the gyms in NYC that are coming for the cash...!!!
Could any of you guys have a try at convincing this guy to have 3 weight classes ?
0-175 lbs
176-210 lbs
211-unlimited

They have 100 pre registered guys that are willing to arm wrestler at 275.00 a pop?
Lets see that’s 27,500.00.…where did they find all these brave men.
And Travis is keeping it a secret ?….I’m with you Olin ….Good luck .
Sorry if I’m a tiny bit skeptical…but then this qualifies you for an even bigger event with 100,000 and a hummer?
Wow, now that is impressive.
But hey, I’ll pass through New York before coming home from Zloty anyway.
So maybe I’ll stick around for a few days…that is if my arm is still attached.
Will they take a check?

I do nont believe that Travis would be keeping this a secret . He is too much of a competitor to pull a chicken sh!t move like that . Yes the money is great , and to be a contender at the grand prize of $ 100k and a hummer! John you of all people would know that this is bigger than the " OVER THE TOP " tourny . So why is it that we are finding out about this tourny 3 1/2 weeks prior to ? Not to mention 4 days after ZLOTY TUR . In one way I do hope that this is a legit tourny for the size of it $$$$ ! But on the other hand , I wish that it could have been schedualed a little better , National t.v. coverage . With that kind of cash and apro wrestler , this thing should be on ESPN PRIME TIME !
TRAVIS , IF YOU TELL ME THAT YOU WERE NOT KEEPING THIS FROM THE REST OF US , I'LL BELIEVE YOU.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK OF THIS TOURNY . IT'S TOO BIG NOT TO HERE ABOUT IT SOONER .

I am also very close friends with Jason Vale, Chris Myers and Mike Selearis...So I have the greatest respect for you and for your accomplishments in the world of armwrestling...
I have found out about this tournament 2 days ago on the 18th of October...I saw a poster in my gym...I contacted this promoter, whose name is Nick and asked him if the prize money was for real...He said "Ofcourse the money is for real"...He told me that he owns the company "Gladiators Championship Wrestling" and that he has contacts with Vince McMahon...
Nick, the promoter, told me that he has been advertising all over NYC area, on the radio, newspaper, flyers etc, and that he is also flying out to Michigan and Indiana to promote out there also. He also said that Dan "The Beast" Severn from the Ultimate Fighting Championship would help him promote this event!!!
Espn and Fox Network will cover this event...
Thomas Blair is a media representative that you could contact to check out if this event is for real...His number is 1(631)-692-2431...
When I contacted Chris Myers (that you, Mr. Brzenk have been over his house,)to tell him about this tournament, he told me that he knew about it for about 3 weeks before me, that he has sponken to the promoter, and that he, Mike Selearis, Georgi, and Vepchkia have already registered and intend to win the purse!!!

I barely just convinced him to have a 3 weight class competition, because nobody would show up from the armwrestling circle if they heard that you, Mr.Brzenk were coming and also if Travis were to show up with one weight class only...
Nick finally agreed to have a 3 weight class competition, with $ 9000 in total cash prize,
$ 3000 per weight class.
The weight classes would be:
0-176 Lbs
177-200 Lbs
201-unlimited
$ 2000 1ST Place
$ 700 2Nd Place
$ 300 3Rd Place
Plus beautiful trophies!!!
You Mr.Brzenk, would only be allowed in the SuperHeavyweight class!!!

In the end, I don't want to be held responsible for anything that would turn out to be false...I am just sending out this message that a huge tournament is going to happen on Nov 12 and 13 in NYC...I also told Nick that the armwrestling world is skeptical about this being such a huge money event, especially that none of us have heard of him...
I had a talk with Chris Myers and asked him if it was the right thing to promote this event, and then in the end it turns out to be not such a great event...
Chris said that everyone is an adult and they should make their own judgement and take the risk if they want to participate...

I have just recently heard about this event, but supposedly the promoter has been advertising for the better part of a month now...And Nick is not a very famous Pro Wrestler....He was the sidekick to Nicolai Volkow and Iron Sheik...At least that's what he says...
Matt, I hope you could definately make it and take a piece of the pie...

If Vince McMahon is involved there is a good chance my tables will be used at this event.. I made the WWE 2 tables a few years ago... Would be pretty cool to see my tables at a major event... ;D
