HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED,

ROB SASSO AND MYSELF WERE ON OUR WAY TO THE WORLDS IN CANADA,I WAS NOT GRANTED ENTRY,SO I DROVE 100 MILES DOWN THE BOARDER AND TRIED AGAIN TO NO AVAIL,I SPENT THE NIGHT IN BROCKPORT DETENTION CENTER,VERY INTERESTING PLACE ,I HAD SENT MY JACKET FOR THE WORLDS ON WITH ROB,AS IT WAS A 1X AND I AM A 3X MIN.

WHEN I MET UP WITH LENORD AND DENISE AT THE AROLD CLASSIC THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN THE MONEY,I HAVE YET TO SEE IT AND THE LAST TIME LENORD AND I SPOKE HE SAID I FORFITED THE ENTRY FEES THAT THEY WERE NEEDED FOR THIS THAT AND THE OTHER THING,THE WAY I SEE IT IS THE MONEY FOR THE ENTRY FEE($60.00) AND THE JACKET($78.00) SHOULD BE RETURNED AND THEY SHOULD ONLY KEEP THE $40.00 ADMIN FEE ,WHAT DO YOU THINK.

If so I will stop payment the check and issue another one. As for your deposit, I wrote this to you on Sept. 23rd

Thanks for reminding me that I owe you for a jacket missed shipped by accident and I will send the money to you. Your deposit of 100.00 that you asked about was forfeited because you did not come.
You had problems at the border but that is between you and Canadian customs. The deposit is to pay the team operating expenses and to ensure the competitors attendance.

You can act and talk like a jerk all you want but that will never change what happens on the tables. Maybe you are mistaking us with another association. We have never taken out misunderstandings with competitors on the table and you know it. There isn't an armwrestler out there that can say that we don't give fair matches.
As for your Deposit, your "situation" with the law and your inability to cross the border is your fault. The team got lucky that Michael didn't make weight or we would have had an empty spot in the 242 class.
If you can't understand what a "Deposit" is then I don't know what to say.

Oh, and I aint scared to voice my opinion.

You shouldn't get the money back because it's a non refundable deposit. If it doesn't state that on the form then that would be a good argument for small claims court. Is it really worth all the aggrevation over a hundred dollars anyway. I mean really.

Let me paint a picture for you,

You got to a tournament and pull four classes, hypothetically speaking of course cause your fat a s s aint seen 242 in a long time, but anyway. You pull right and left handed, $25 an arm and you go two and out both arms, both classes. Would you want your money back?

No.

Was it a waste of money?

Yes.

Can you get it back?

No.




Make any sense?


No.

It has nothing to do with MONEY. >:(I make$ 70,000.00 a year.

What it has to do with is that Lenord and Denise both said at the ARNOLDS that they would return the money in Full.

What has me so upset is that they are not honoring there WORD.

For those of you who truly know me,YOU know that I would rather DIE then break my WORD.

And if I want to go public with this it is my business,I have nothing to hide.

As for" talking and acting like a jerk",since when is it a crime to air the TRUTH and ask your peers for there opinon.
