I think most of us agree.
Who ever walks away with the title that day gets bragging rights. It you don't show and don't play that day... too bad!
Having said that, I too know the financial concerns that can keep a top armwrestler from making the trip, new kids can be one at the top of the list.
That is why is would be great to get corporate sponsors for the various National Teams. If you train hard enough to win the Nationals you get a trip to Worlds. With TV coverage coming back, we can't be too far from reaching that kind of goal!

Mighty,i really hope that soon you will get a WAF title.i know how much you want this and i believe that you are young enough to get yourself much stronger.
this year i was planning to compete in S.africa in 70kg class but i couldnt go there.i beat iskenderov in germany europeans and beat grigoriev in canada worlds without any problem.but they both took gold in 70kg class.they deserved it as much as i deserved it last year.it doesnt matter who,if the one wants to get a REAL world title(WAF),he just has to go there and deserve it.
RIGHT NOW,THERE NO WHERE TO GET A REAL WORLD TITLE EXCEPT WAF!!!!!!! the poll also proves this.im locking the poll.thx to everyone who voted.
