Brzenk maybe , His hand control is amazing and doesnt have to squeeze
Engin Terzi One of his primary focuses is the roof of the house , meaning flat finger pressure. Ron Bath once told me If Engin is on your hand you need two hands to peel his fingers off
Im sure there are many other good ones

i have strong solid handling type of fingers.i think the question is about finger tips pressure(from the middle knuckle out to the tips) .i do not apply pressure on my opponenets' hand from the middle knuckle out to the tips.it is opposite,i apply pressure from the point that fingers locates hand to the middle knuckle.my opponent feels my fingers when they apply back pressure.squeezing my finger tips affects my wrist in a negative way.more i use my fingers flat more i feel pressure in my hand.i think the first knuckles of the fingers (which locate to hand) is the most important part to block back pressure at the beginning of the match. Cobra has the strongest finger pressure (from the middle knuckle out to the tips) that i have ever felt in my armwrestling career. i can not squeeze anything, including hand grippers (once i closed number 2 with left hand but with right i can not even go half way),opening bottles ![:-[](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/embarrassed.png) ,hand shake and things like that.but before my surgery i could do one hand flat board pull ups,and even i could pull my self up on a bar while my hand was "L (upside down)" and bar was between my second and third knuckles (i had 1,2-2 inches empty space between my palm and the bar).my fingers were flat except finger tips (last knuckles) were covering the bar. here is a pull up picture on a tank for fun (ST Roberts MO),i could have done the same thing with holding 30-40 pounds extra weight in my free hand; ![](http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/9146/1111111tb3.jpg)

Roger Nowatzke had amazing hand control, Jason Reemer was another guy that had a roof top grip

Mike Bonelli - only east coast seasoned pullers will know the finger strength (on armwrestling finger covered angles) of this welder who used to pull 2-3 decades ago

While I was training at his place back in early 2000s He told me he had never including John Brzenk or anybody at worlds 1992 opened up his hand actually he told me that whenever they feel his hand/ finger power at the setup , opponents used to cover below from his wrist to beat him in a hook. Too bad that he did not have any inside to hang in the pro level but his finger/ hand combination is/was out of this world....
