Steve,
I would be willing to wager you allready could, the real question is "do you wish you had the desire to show it to people"? I allready know your inteligence , it is just a matter of desired aplication. for me it was not instinctive it was copied. My father wrote so When I was little I thought I should too. Eventualy it became my own. But it was not self inspirational like some of the truly talented Poets

Soul Mate
Sometimes Lovers do come, and sometimes Lovers do go
Some you like for Keeps and others you like just for show
Some you pretend to like, when in fact you really don’t
Some you should learn to appreciate, be we both know you won’t
Some are forgotten quickly, never to be given a second thought
Some have chased you willingly, some of which you have sought
Some are really painfully wished for, but are never to be gotten
Some you were not worthy of, but they still spoiled you rotten
Once in a lifetime comes a Lover that is the half to your whole
They shake you to your foundations, every single part of your entire soul
You live them and breathe them, and can’t ever completely explain why
Just the passing thought of their loss, can and will cause you to cry
Some people are truly lucky, because they realize what they have found
They instinctively know its importance, they already know it is profound
They treasure and nurture and protect, they do it at it at all cost
Sadly enough most never realize, they never notice until it is lost
I have let one slip through my fingers whether it is choice or destiny
Fate has a funny way of thinking it knows exactly what is best for me
My days will continue to number, and my life will go as proposed
Although it will be different now, I can never forget to what I was exposed
I offer a bit of advice, Please think carefully before you choose
Actions have effects, and you might be the one who will really lose
You should Invest in just a second, before you take your action

One bright day in the middle of the night two dead boy's got up to fight. Back to back they faced each other drew there knives and shot each other. A deaf policeman heard the noise came and shot the two dead boy's . the end ;D
