I brought up a question to my friend once that stumped him i thought it was funny.
The average christian believes that all sin comes from satan. but Satan was Lucifer in heaven and was without sin. So where did the sin come from that caused him to be kicked out of heaven?
sin is an action that comes from within the being of a person. It is not Satan that puts the potential there the potential is already there. And was there in heaven during the creation of the angels and therefore was before man as well. It is simply satans job to provoke and try to get you to yield to it.
There is also a difference between sin and The Sin. In the bible in many instances the orginal text will have a defenite article "THE" before the word sin and is not carried over to the english simply becuase of the english language.
Anyone know what the difference is?

Satan is not a man he had sin. Sin is not only between God and man.
Sin is the dishonoring of God.
Regardless of the second party.
Your right about idea/instance I agree with that.

that is the difference between sin and The Sin.
We are born into The Sin becuase of the fall of man. And because of The Sin were are prone to commit sin. The only way we can have power over The Sin Is through faith in Jesus Christ and him Crucified. Which when we are born again become dead to The Sin and alive to God. We then have a Divine Nature rather than a Sin Nature.
The Divine Nature longs to worship God. Where the Sin Nature desires to dishonor God.

Ryan....... I can always count on finding you in a Great conversation here in the off topic forum..LOL Steve mentioned the movie "TheTen Commandments" with Charleton Heston as Moses. What has always been cool to me growing up was.. That my Dad, who has passed on now, was the The one who was holding a Huge fan on Moses when he parted the Sea!! That seen was voted the most Dramatic single scene in Cinematic history. He had a lot of stories about his time working on that movie. I just wanted to say that, cause i was always proud to tell my friends this..
