Explain that comment please? What I mean is your grabbing the hands as your first resort, not "indicate the winner by raising his arm towards him/her.", then grabbing them if they don't stop. ITEM 14 • REFEREES a) Director of Referees • is responsible for referee assignments at and during WAF competition. • is responsible to supervise the referees during the competition and issue a performance report card at the end of the tournament to each participating referee. • is responsible to remove any referee that is deemed irresponsible or technically unfit to referee a WAF tournament. •is responsible to bring to the attention of the WAF executive, documented proof of a referee who is to be disciplined for unwarranted behavior or blatant misconduct. •is responsible to make certain referees conform to WAF referee dress code at WAF tournaments. This doesn't say anything about you getting to interpret the rules? The rules are spelled out in black and white. Where does the duties of the Head Referee say he can interpret rules? Mike, It is in the WAF Constitution under duties of the Head Referee. As for the raising of the hand we do that also. Sorry Mike but I do know what I am doing.

Most of the time don't the refs touch your arm or shoulder to stop the match not the hands???

OK, for anyone who cares, doc said this morning I have a 85-90% tear of the distal bicep tendon, have surgery tomorrow morning I care Mike. I hope everything goes well and you have a fast recovery. P.S. Not that my opinion will help you heal faster or will change any rules but.... I watched the video over and over..... IMO you were pulling, your body started to move to the left and when the ref grabbed the hands thats when you came back across the table in a hurry(I'm guessing when you were injured). Good luck, regardless who is right or wrong.

look at this proceedure where they tie it to the bone! It should not have that problem again being moored to your forearm. Best of luck on the surgery in the morning. I think you can rule out pulling for a while though.

It doesn't work the same ever again if it's the long head biceps tendon. Trust me, I know.

Distal end ? isnt that the little one at the bottom. Ron Bath and Adam Gerber both as you know did that one. Mike I know you remember Brazil lol. Adam was a wildman! You will probably end up being mr. toproll after this . Always remember the glass is half full not half empty my friend. I have faith in you.

Funny thing, Ron Bath, Adam Gerbert and Tim Bresnan all tore their short head and are toprolling monsters, all I could do is toproll and I tore the long head.
