3 BICEP TENDONS....DISTAL is the one that attaches to the Ulnar bone ( in the forearm).
Pete yours was not the Distal tendon.
Tims, Rons, and mine were.....

Christian, I said mine was the long head going up into my shoulder. Don't argue with me, I know which is which. LOL

Well, we're home from the hospital. All went well. Dr. Gupta said it was 90% torn & it's WORN OUT! I asked him if he will ever armwrestle again & he said, "he shouldn't." We looked at each other & he said, "but I don't think he'll listen to me." :-) His arm is wrapped up to look like it's twice the size it should be. We go back Thursday morning to get the dressing changed & get a brace before we head to the airport for Nationals. They repaired it with a stainless steel button. Not quite sure how that worked, but my imagination is running with it! Mike asked them if they could put a hydraulic cylinder in! See everyone in FL on Thursday night!!!

God love you both and wishes that Mike will make the recovery. It sounds high-tech though and all the doctors say you shouldn't You know the drill. It has never stopped Mike and I have every confidence if left up the the patient that he will surprise the medical world. We will be in late on THursday. See you probably friday morning unless he is wandering around late. night night.
