Nothing like Todd... Maybe in the way that they win a lot.... But NO similarities at all ...

Krasi owned Liliev the last few times. It was awesome to watch Liliev struggle.

Today counts i agree to an extent...but arent you applying the "last they met he won...end of" theory to Arsen when he lost to Krasimir but not to john and travis when they lost to Arsen? just clarifying. times do change....circumstances arise.... every dog has his day....so long as the same criteria are held for everyone...not just those we hold in high esteem. right? its a fickle thing to decide who is who and whats what....this thread was intended to be fun and thought provoking...not a campaign ad...i like armwrestling....so therefore i am.

Krasi owned Liliev the last few times. It was awesome to watch Liliev struggle. pretty sure the matches i saw were very hard fought...so "owned" may not be the best adjective....but he did win the last 2 times...they were at worlds last year..... if there were others i am un aware......but Arsen still has a great margin of victory over Krasimir historically and has wins over opponents that Krasimir has not beaten. but if we use the "he won the last time they met .....end of" style of judging then yes...Arsen would be number two in the rankings......but realistically Krasimir's style would not fare too well against the bigger and more powerful opponents IMO. does he wanna hook with larrat, cyplenkov, pushkar, or the like? idk.... Arsen's style will be much more efective against a larger overpowering opponent IMO.

End of i also "fire back" when a reply is supportive ....usually back and forth banter is good for a debate.... the tone with witch i fire back is relative to the tone received.

Today counts so Ro, who would be your selection to be the best pound for pound armwrestler in the world right now? or to put it another way: who is the lightest competitor that has the best chance to take on the top heavyweights in the world?

Best p4p would be:
Right: Zoloev Left: Zhokh
Krasimir beat Arsen at EAF and WAF last year. Krasimir beat John in a supermatch recently.

Good catch. I was probably wrong. I just know that he beat him the last two tournaments they pulled.

you guys make excellent points!
Krasimir would def be another awesome match up for the big guys!
after hearing your arguments and the stats i would have to agree that right now Krasimir would and should be the best pound for pound ....but it wouild be a narrow margin.
i still cant help but think that Krasimir's style would be a bad match up for a heavier, longer and more powerful opponent. id love to see them all mix it up!

Max, Krasimir pulls 220 at Worlds, but pulled supers last year at Nemiroff because he was much heavier. In the 242 at WAF, you have Ivan Matyushenko, Ferit Osmanlie, Dmitry Trubin, Genadi Kvikivinia (spelling? currently suspended), and Sergey Tokarev. Although they are a class up, they are in the same range as Krasimir. That list of guys along with Krasimir would go in circles based on the various styles. They are all close.
So, it's hard for me to say Krasimir is a candidate for p4p best.
As for Hutchings, his hook is there with all of them, but his hand would cause him to lose to guys that Krasimir would beat, like Arsen.

"and you dont bash people? what? BS. you bashed me to start with...then bashed Arsen."
None of this is true. Exaggerating to make your point makes it non valid.
I simply asked if it was a troll thread, it sure looked like it. I also simply stated the facts about Arsen, I then provided a link to support the claim. How is that bashing?
You, however told me to "shut up" in your first reply. It started with you Mr. Moore.
