wow, man - you're pretty shaken up, eh? back to back to back with hella ?'s. easy killer! live and let live - don't shake your head so much - you need that thing. i feel i interpreted what you said in that one particular post to a tee from the perspective of someone who doesn't know you or your intentions. if you were coming in blind like me, follow the thread, then read your comment - i kinda feel like i absorbed it exactly for what it was. you said, and i quote - " I think he is really dead this time. None of those other times was there a national announcement about it with the president speaking and everything." so how did i take it out of context? i may have embellished on it a little. the comments about you and obama were just for decoration - nothing personal. sorry for that. maybe you're one of those dudes that just flat out doesn't like being contradicted - and that's cool, too. but you claim in that statement you beleive he's dead this time simply because it was announced nationallyby the "president". those were your words. you didn't explain the way you expected us to interpret them. that's all you gave us to work with. look at the words that were written... sorry we don't see eye to eye - i'm fine if you're fine, bro! and you didn't answer my question about armwrestling obama either... ron paul 2012!

Funny how a lot of that is Pakistan. But it's also a lot of supposed not for a fact with dna ect........ The media is full of false information. Have to read other places besides the media. I think he is really dead this time. None of those other times was there a national announcement about it with the president speaking and everything. wow... so all that American media has to do to convince you of what is true and what isn't is simply make a "national announcement about it"? dang, you're hella easy to convince! whatever floats your boat. if you reeally follow trends, you'd know that the American media machine is pretty much the definition of state ran media, and all stories are composed and manufactured in some sense. independent media is where you can find more reliable truth. coming straight from the people on the ground - in the mess. bin ladin was already widely known to be diagnosed with TERMINAL kidney problems in 2001. and what do you mean "read from other places besides media"? you get your current events from books or something? how does that work? and you say it's funny that some of the sources are from pakistan. well - don't you think they have a better idea about what his status was, since he lived in that area? what makes you think American media knew better than they? are our media journalists reputable? are you getting info somewhere i don't know about? and you think it can't be true unless the US makes a national announcement on it? seems to me like your holding the torch for obama. that's fine - he needs all the help he can get. no disrespect intended - but it's obvious that from what you've stated, obama could go on national tv, tell you that they now have concrete scientific evidence that trees are actually killing our planets atmosphere, and you'd be outside chopping em down! i never knew that the most corrupt president in history could hold so much blind power over his servants by simply telling them what to think in a "national announcement"...but i don't want to argue over this. you've made your stance very clear and i respect that. i'm sure we could make this thread 30 pages long by the afternoon just going back and forth. different strokes for different folks. all i can do is provide my thoughts and fully respect yours. i just want to armwrestle obama! you with me on that one?

i have to be completely honest - when i watched the supermatches that evening, i was convinced i would see geoff hale run right through jake smith. i knew he was a great armwrestler, a champion, but i had been following geoff hale for a while and thought he'd take it no problem. well - i'm now a jake smith believer. never shall i dismiss his undoubtable power and the comfortable control he had that entire event. and then what he did with geoff's glasses (no disrespect intended, geoff) - classic! i was dying after that one! but both men brought the fire, and yes, set the tone for the entire event. awesome.

And the fact that the bin laden family has more deeply rooted financial and operational ties to the white house and the pentagon than any other family, as well as the declassified and publicly available fact that Osama was an active CIA asset many years ago should also raise some red flags...

That's the 9th time that he's been publically announced dead since 9/11. Osama was already known to have been suffering from terminal and malignant kidney problems in 02. Two former high ranking Washington DC and White House insiders have already broken their silence and went public in 2003 and again in 2004 (I believe) claiming that he was dead, and he was being kept on ice to be rolled out at just the right time. Now for anybody that follows government trends, this is definately possible. The public will never see any proof of this hoax on fox or mslsd. Hell, the media already had to retract the picture they printed this morning of him dead, because guess what? They had already released the exact same photo the last time they told us they killed him - and they got caught. We're supposed to believe that he was killed after all these years of hunting for him in caves, and under obama? Oh - and his body has conveniently been thrown in the ocean already. You would figure that more attention would have been paid to the supposed body of the man behind 9/11. The federal governments track record for such scandalous behavior to provoke war and invasions, and also to play with approval ratings and the publics emotions in dire times should also speak volumes all by itself. And isn't it interesting that it's also may day? Hmmm.

Jerry was unbelievable. I was calling this supermatch 6-0 in Jerrys favor all weekend, but couldn't find anybody to agree with me. I knew Lupkes was unhumanly powerful, but I was certain that if anybodys style could stop him cold in his tracks, it would be Cadorette. And not to hurt anybodys feelings, but it was VERY obvious that this was a breezy walk in the park for Big Daddy this weekend. Both guys obviously appreciate their fans and are true gentleman. My hats off to both competitors. JERRY CADORETTE ALL DAY,BABY!!!

cadorette over lupkes today. he was ahead 5 - 0, then lupkes had to respectfully forfeit due to injury.. jake smith over geoff hale, 5-1, cobra won 4-2, chad won 5-1 ( i think), matt harris undefeated over frische (sorry for spelling), bresnan lost to the monster 5-1, lightning over the flash with a solid 5-1 victory. if i've forgotten anything or misrepresented any results, i apologize. i meant to keep track as we went along, but it was better in theory than reality. the show was waaaaay too exciting for me to keep notes. but the winners listed are definately the winners.

Well put, Jake. Although this was the first tournament I have ever attended, and was also my first time pulling in one, I felt like I was at a rock concert. No expense was spared, and to be an active part of it was an experience I will never forget for the rest of my life. I met the some of the coolest cats a person could ever hope to meet, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the event. It is unfortunate that Lupkes and Cadorette got postponed, but we're still gonna see it first thing today, so WTF? No biggy. The entire staff at UAL is a team of absolute professionals, and handled their business admirably at this show. The supermatch card was unbelievable, and filled with world-class talent. The best matches I have seen to date took place at this show. Maybe it was just the feeling of watching it live, but witnessing Cobras supermatch victory is one of the most inspirational wins ever. And To all those who missed out, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ATTENDING THE NEXT UAL EVENT!!! I know I'm just a newb with no basis for comparison, but theoretically take all of the energy and excitement from your favorite concert venue that you've been to, change the show to armwrestling, and there you have it.

Thanx, Keli. Yeah, I've been getting alot of that "no practice a week before a tournament" stuff, so maybe I should just call it a "rehearsal" instead. we're keeping it light, short and sweet. Nothing too outta hand. Just a little tune up, I guess. See you soon!

yeah - mac threatened me with an invite to an armbenders practice and asked for my contact info (and recieved it). that was a little over a month and some change ago. lol. but yes i am fully aware that some of the, if not the greatest armwreslers on the west coast reside in northern california. i'm just trying to bait some of them out of the woodwork with my measly $25. and the pullers name is Nick Postelnyak. i've been trying to get with some people for practice for a while with little luck. just trying my best to make it happen. i'm still a newb, but i'm all about it...
