I agree I had a dispute over one call made about a month and half ago up at such a tournament in Nebraska and the referee took the time to explain everything to me after wards. The tournament was run very well and always gets a great crowd.

Are you guys serious? Do you guys really think Gary is making that much money off filming more events? Gary needs members to have revenue and the last time I checked he is traveling to many more events and filming much more than he did 2 years ago. This means more travel $$, hotel, etc. then he was spending before. And has membership gone up that much in the past year to create "record profits" Give the guy a break...he is barely making a living off what he is doing (if that) and he is getting a lot of footage on the internet that would otherwise not be seen...a lot of people would wouldn't otherwise be known are becoming known now. You think Gary would be riding a Greyhound bus to Dallas or trying to get by at some venues without a hotel room if he was raking in so much money...nobody would. I don't agree with everything Gary does, but on this one I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could charge someone who is barely making a living to film a tournament of which the arm wrestling community as a whole reaps the benefit of. If millions of dollars were being made, then you are absolutely right in making filmers share the promoters "wealth" (not like they are making big bank either may I remind you)...but until then realize that everyone is in the part of this sport because they love it not because they are strike a fortune. And yes Gary may make a living off of "us" but it is a very reasonable living and in no way shape of form are we ever being taken advantage of as some might suggest. There is nothing wrong with that IMO.

Actually it's more like 6 hours but maybe at the next Jim Wagner/Erie event this could happen. I think this could have some potential.
Willie, is Mike still around 176? I remember from August he's a lot lighter now than when I first met him a few years back.

hey guys i'm sorry I couldn't make it on such short notice...I had something come up with a potential job interview ast minute. I was looking forward to this since the summer and had to cancel last minute..but when a potential job is calling.....unfortunately that is more important (even for me) than a tournament...denise I will be at the philly event for sure though and I hope it's a great time.

justin I will have a rental car there, we'll work something out in getting you to the bar afterwards. I'd pick you up at the airport but I'm going into a different airport.
