There are no Teams in OKC, I was really the only active puller in the Oklahoma City area until I just recently moved to Virginia Beach ( that being said Shawn, we need to get together out here and pull, I've been pulling with Tommy Russell and crew down in NC).
However, the Oklahoma Team is outside of Tulsa about 2 hrs from OKC.
let me know if you want their contact info out in Tulsa. They pull Thursday nights.

as far as Texas pullers go, I would have to say that Oklahomas Top 3 are ahead of all Texas 98's.
and Dan Whittle would be undoubtably the Top 98 in the region

I'll add these and allow someone who knows all the South Central pullers and allow them to be ranked as the other states within the region has made their inputs. ROTN weight classes:
-65's #1. Jim Coyle ---- Justin Joice (not actively pulling since Oklahoma tourney, possibly the best 65 in the entire region)
-98's #1. Dan Whittle #2. Geoff Hale #3. Bruce Scott
-242's #1. Joe Getz #2. Greg Mayfield
-242+ #1. J.R. Stark

Gary, I pressed play, allowed it to load completely and it did not play. Then I went to the playlist and its been buffering as if it locked up. Do I go straight to the playlist/menu when initially loading the video?
I have a brand new, dual processor laptop and is very fast, so I can imagine that there may be issues to come for those that don't, however, once I get the hang of it, I can't imagine me wanting to go back to the standard mode.
still having issues getting it to play by the way, anyone else?

So I go to this tournament (http://simonsentertainmentgroup.com/armwrestlingusa.html) this weekend in Oklahoma City at the State Fair.
Completely Novice type tournament with crazy "2 go" rules, anyway, I pull my weight class 170, & 1 up to the 200 class, so I take 2nd in my weight class to my training partner & National Champ Jim Coyle, no big deal, i win every other match in my class and take a loss to a National Champ, No problem.
-200 class, make it again to the finals undefeated and hook up with some guy, who hasn't pulled a tournament in his life or even seen a table........ever, a true 200lb guy probably + a few pounds ( you told them your weight for your weight class, and there had to be a 20lb waiver for classes, trust me, there were guys in the 170 class that would not have made weight for 98's) so, I hook up with this guy, while he leans onto the table with his butt sticking out, you know the novice set-up, his hand feels strong, but I'm not worried, mine is ok too, especially a tournament like this. Ready Go 1 , straight to a hook, Ready Go 2, i hit, go nowhere and get pinned no problem ( straight side/shoulder press ), Now, I am no professional, yet, however, I am bordering on that line, with some legitmate wins on seasoned pros as of late and definately not a pushover to a complete Novice at any weight. This guy was a BEAST, if he trained....DAMN, and you hear people like this all the time, but this guy, seriously, was no joke.
round 2 for first place with this guy, more of the same, although, this time I decided not to go straight to a hook and stay flat and try to not to get curled into a hook. He didn't curl me in, but his same move, straight to the side/press, I was done.
All I can say is, losing like this is like a kick in the nuts, but I'll be OK, and I've got a long way to go, but damn, at this point, i've prided myself in what I thought was a fact that I would just beat anyone off the street whether, it was hook, sweep, press, toproll, or whatever...and I have been doing just that, but not yesterday. Live and learn I guess, I just thought I would share my defeat across the F'ing internet, so thewre it is, if any similar stories, feel free to reply.
