THAT IS B*LLSH*T!! PERIOD.
And the man is not a clown, he's one of the best guys around this sport. I promise, he has no reckless intention to hurt anyone, THAT IS REDICULOUS. I'm an ametuer and have been pulling with Jim Coyle, Dan Whittle and the rest of Team Oklahoma for about 6 months and my ametuer hand has NEVER been affected by Jim to feel like I was in any bad situation. He would give his shirt off his back to any one of you and never ask for anything back. I have nothing but respect for Jim Coyle, and for you guys who don't know him and trying to make him look like a punk is weak. Thats what you have refs for to call fouls and Quality Control the match.
I'm sure you guys will come back with your own reckless intention to trash someones name. But you should know that he is not as being advertised. period.

As a Novice puller right now, I think it is ridiculous to pull Novice if you have been pulling for 7+ years, step up and go pro man. If you are even at the same table, seriously, in a tourney with John Brzenk then you have no business pulling any novice classes. If a novice wants to step up to a pro class thats one thing, but you should not step down.

I understand that this is a predominately professional message board with alot of seasoned pullers, however I was just wondering who all on this board considers themselves a novice/amateur puller? and also who are the best up and coming non-pros in everyones region?

I think Gary has responded as well as anyone can, given the topic and applicable knowledge of the whole picture based on other peoples responses. He has attempted to show facts to support his opinions and what other views people might have.
Fact is, at the end of the day, do you or anyone else lay your head down every night and really, really think about the future of armwrestling and how you personally could make it better as a whole.
99% of us should say no.

Gary, I'm really glad you broke the film down like this, so that as my 1st post on this message board I will be heard....... by at least you.
I DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL.
I am an ARMTV subscriber and newcomer to the sport aspiring to go as far in this sport as my body will allow me. That being said, I am using ARMTV as one tool that is available to me to help achieve any status I may have in this sport to come. I cannot always be working out or pulling, and I have dove into this sport head first and ARMTV has become a big part, really of my everyday life. I login everyday. I also have enjoyed the whole package you have offered as far as, going above and beyond what is in your newest video (215 R) or potential 2008 refocus.=NOT GOOD. I cannot be more emphatic about this subject.
All that being said, change is good yes, but not steps back, there are things that you may see that does or doesn't need a change and I do understand about being undermanned trying to work, I am in the U.S. NAVY, we are sometimes afforded very little resources and asked to perform miracles.
I see that video as the same as what I can get on YOUTUBE for FREE. anyone who is complaining about your service obviously have not compared the 2. I want the complete coverage and names and replays and announcers and training and clips, all that is what I pay for and THANK YOU for.
