Tom found out the "kids" over there don't play around. He also found out you don't get much of a break in between matches, after pulling the kid from turkey, Tom was almost down the stairs off the stage when they called him back up for the match withe Poland, as soon as that match was done he turned around to go pull the Russian. We didn't know you are allowed a 1 min rest between matches, and if you don't ask for it you wont get it...

That local event was Dougs 2nd tourney..he drove 10 hours to be there and really had no clue as to what he was doing? Dougs better than 2 years ago! I can agree that he probably is better than he was 2 years ago, It may have been his 2nd tournament and it was my 15 year old brothers very first time pulling in a mens division. all he has ever pulled before that was kids classes, So what about at the AAA nationals? Was that his third event? and at Unified nationals in KC, He could have asked for a pull then.. I know he was watching.. . Doug seemed like a nice guy, Wish him well, and if their paths cross I am sure they will get a go..

I'd like to see Tom and Doug Allen go at it again Doug had trouble beating Tom 3 years ago when he was 15 at a local tournament , he beat him but should have been called on a HUGE elbow foul, that same year Tom went to Ohio and smashed him at the AAA nationals novice class and took 2nd, Dougg is strong and I don't know how much he has gained but Tom is definatly twice the puller he was last time they pulled. I will go through some of the old tapes and get video up of the two matches..

not many people, but there are still guys out there with experience, Herring went all rounds with him , he was still able to hang in there, No Doubt Lesnar is an animal, I love the guy, but he needs to show some finishing force, he should have creamed Herring instead of just hanging there punishing him for three rounds

How do you figure , He has already taken a loss to Frank Mir, Yes he came out and dominated , but he fell into a submission too, With more time and experience I would agree with your statement.

Thanks for getting us on here Kurt, Something about me, The picture is from Bulgaria at worlds last year, I have been around arm wrestling for awhile, I never have done well at tournaments, (gotta start somewhere though) I have placed a best of 2nd in novice tournaments and average 4th/5th, I am mainly involved to help get my brother to the places he needs to go. He will be a new user on here soon.. His name is Tom Dixon, he was considered Pro after taking second at the 2006 AAA nationals in the Mens novice 95kg class two weeks BEFORE his 16th b-day. He also has been winning EVERY 16-18 class he has entered since age 15. At age 17 he won the 2007 Unified nationals 177+ and placed 3rd in Mens Pro , He placed 6th right handed and 10th left at worlds in the junior class. He also won this years junior 177+ at nationals. Going 3w/2L in mens pro losing to Ron Bath and Sonny Larson. We get to practice with Heartland Armwrestling out of Omaha, Ne
