I'm not trying to "hate" either. Just saying, 30 lbs of lean mass in a relatively short amount of time "all natural" seems unlikely, no matter how hard you work. I'm not saying it is impossible, but based on everything I've read, it simply seems very unlikely. I'm not judging whether it's right or wrong, I'm just saying that, like Chris Heath, the results/time ratio also leads me to wonder what he is on.

That's certainly a lot less suspicious!
Either way, I'm not trying to take anything away from the guy. He's obviously working very hard and making some awesome gains.

Yeah I was thinking earlier that it's amazing that Lupkes beat John, but it's still hard to think John won't find a way to beat him tomorrow.
Can anyone explain what happened with Michael Todd today? Is he out of it? Who did he lose to?

ok to clear it up i made my physique on my own I went to school for personal training and nutrition so I knew what I had to do to get where i am. I have always been ripped now I just let it all go and get bigger and stronger. I used to walk around at 180 and now am at 200+ in 4 months that really isnt a big jump. especially since I want to be a bodybuilder or a strongman. if any of you know more about that than me then you know i could go to 210. im a bad dude.

I love it.......The minute a guy gains some weight and gets stronger.....everyone thinks he is ON something, Well just like Bob said I think Chris is just ON a very strict diet and whole bunch of working out. Congrats Chris and keep up the good work....
