Chris, please explain how you do it. IE, your diet and nutrition. I spend a good 9-12 hours a week in the gym lift low reps, heavy weight and take in massive amounts of protein. But I don't have your superior "genetics." You don't have to get too in depth, just a Cliffs Notes version will suffice.

Its easy to speculate, but shouldnt accuse .Because here is the facts and sorry for all you have your idols and dont want to think about it. Steroids are in High schools and every sport. and Its a fact that "up to 60%" ( could be 20-30% but up to 60% )of ANY sports top athletes in classes or like baseball a top 50 are on something at some point . And there has been a lot of studies to prove these numbers . In fact the special on discovery also mentioned similar numbers . Now thats more than half if you were to take a top 10. so you can specualte from those numbers ,but dont accuse

I agree. Even if it's 18lbs, it is "less suspicious" like I said but still suspicious lol. That is, if it is LEAN mass. But it's not like Chris Chandler is the only one who has made huge gains in short periods. If I'm not mistaking, Brzenk has made some large weight swings in the past as well and noone ever seems to question it. I'm not trying to start a witchhunt. I just don't want it to sound like I'm singling Chris out when I ask "how do they do it?"

I love it.......The minute a guy gains some weight and gets stronger.....everyone thinks he is ON something, Well just like Bob said I think Chris is just ON a very strict diet and whole bunch of working out. Congrats Chris and keep up the good work.... i agree with you on that and also i had a feeling Lupkes would only get stronger but thats impressive

Hey like Hulk Hogan use to say " say your prayers, eat your vitamens, and Train hard Brother " Just look at the Arnolds show ask anyone out their from strongman to bodybuilders , to powerlifters, no ones has even heard about steroids , just ask them and they'll tell they don't take steroids . thats good enough, testestrone Propianate, Androl 50, parabonan, winstrol, Human Growth Hormone , Dianabol, and the list goes on, just take more protein , get your body in a higher postive nitrogen balance and consume GNC products. HA HA this to make you laugh. Its Joke

Yes its wide spread, dominates my morning sports show. gets tiring But we shouldnt accuse, But should certainly assume like any other sport. The signs are certainly documented.. The assumptions are everywhere from high school on up. Its been said on one show that a Highschool class was 35 % on and more than 1/2 didnt even play sports ..

That's sad. Steroids are dangerous enough to an adult, but to a youth they are supposedly even worse.

You break down the thought of 30lbs. in 4 months Thats 7.5 lbs. a month 1.875 lbs. per week Thats roughly 3 oz. a day of muscle gained in a 6 day/workout a week. I mean no disrepect to anyone in this sport but thats a lot of muscle in a short period of time. Genetics or not. This sport needs to be cleaned up. No matter who or what they are taking. I guess the only positive to those of us who don't "juice" is we will have our health in 10 years.
