I was just curious if anyone or knows someone whose arms are more than 1 inch per 10 pounds of body weight?
Example: Someone who is 200 lbs with larger than 20 inch arms.
I was told that it isn't possible.

It is possible, if you only train bi and tri's and nothing else, no back legs or chest work, however you would look stupid with massive arms on a shoe string body.

If Rob V Jr. decided to take up bodybuilding I'm sure he could pull it off.

That really makes no sense, I am by no means extraordinary in this regard, and if I simply tried to accomplish this feat I think I could get there without too much effort, I can make 176 lbs and I have gotten my bicep to 17 inches. So getting my bicep to 17 inches at 170 or 17.5 at 175 lbs seems reasonable.
I am sure others are relatively close as well, Bryon Thomas was 170 and his arm looked every bit of 17 when I saw him at Ohio State.

It's possible on the smaller frame guys.
170 with 17 inch arms is easy.
But me having 25inch arms ain't happenin!!

I have a friend who pulls now and again.. He is 178 lbs with 19.5 inch biceps. His name is Kyle Kastanas and I've seen him measure. So that's not true. Myself I have right at 17 inch biceps and walk around at 175-182... So yes it is possible.

I think it's possible. Dave Bauer only weighs 130 lbs. and his biceps are probably at least 13 or about 13 I'm guessing, never actually measured them. When he was the 121 lbs. world champion, and he was leaner and working out a lot more often, his arms had to be bigger than 12.1. I've seen videos and they look bigger than they do now at 130 lbs. However, the fact that he's 5'3 might have something to do with this. I don't think I know of anybody else.

I have consistently hit that mark over the last 4 years of pulling. In 2005 I was 154 and had 17 1/2 inch arms. Now I am 160 and have over 16 inch arms. less weight training.
But yes I think being tall and lean makes it easier than someone who is 250 having 25' ;)s

for light guys it is easy, for heavy guys it is near impossible.
Mu girlfriend is 100 lbs and has a 10" arm, yet to get a 220 guy with a 22" arm.......I'd have to see that. Taras Ivankin had a little over 19" and everyone raved at how freaky his arms were.

this picture was taken right before the weigh in in 2001 WAF and i was 154 pounds with a bit more than 16 inches left bicep.i guess it gets harder to keep the same quality when the weight gets heavier.now i pull one weight class heavier but my arm is not any bigger.i mostly gained the weight with higher fat percentage and on other places than my arms mostly.but my forearms at the moment are bigger than how they were in that picture.then my right forearm was straight elbow 14 inches now is 15 inches (both cold).

I'm sure Dave Patton would have met the criteria.

When I worked out at the Golds Gym in Scottsdale AZ, Lee Priest was pretty damn close. He fluctuates anywhere from 200-280 depending on what time it is in the bodybuilding season, but at 200 lbs his arms are still 19-20".
