Did any one see the Arm TV video where Kevin Bongard and Brent Rackers were practicing? Brent Rackers said, this is a case of big strong muscles vs. Strong Tendon Strength being Bongard had the strong Tendons.
Bongard WON !!!!!

That's what arm wrestling taught me....I no longer care how strong I look, but rather how strong arm wrestling is getting me. 2 years ago I looked good but felt like a little kid at the table against experienced pullers.

I have consistently hit that mark over the last 4 years of pulling. In 2005 I was 154 and had 17 1/2 inch arms. Now I am 160 and have over 16 inch arms. less weight training. But yes I think being tall and lean makes it easier than someone who is 250 having 25' ;)s sorry bro, but you are saying that you gained weight and lost 1 1/2" on your arms BS. I have seen you and your build..............17.5 is a very large arm for anyone..............if it isn't fat. It is true Rob! I have no reason to lie about someone else...Jamie has a massive right arm and thats it! He is one large right arm...tiny head, legs, left arm...he wears like a size 7 shoe and is 6 ft too w/one big right arm! Strong as hell too...watch out 143 pounders! He flashed Jake Smith at my tournament in Oceanside about 6 months ago!

I agree with Bob, I don't care how my arm looks just how well it pulls. My bicep hasn't grown much since I started armwrestling but my forearm sure has!! In the words of WSM competitor Greg Ernst "I'd rather be stronger than I look than look stronger than I am"

The GOAL.......whose pecker is the same as their shoe size ? Damn !!!!! if it weren't for these damn size 13's I just about made it Mines only 4inch Rob most girls dont like them that wide ;D

About ten years ago I weighed just over 190 lbs. I was doing alot of lifting then and my arm were just under 18". They looked huge because I am short, and I have smaller muscle heads.
