see how freakish these people look ? 20'' ain't happenin........I don't care what any of you say........20'' at that weight is unheard of. Taras is freaky looking ....around 215lbs and 19''...............Engin's buddy Omer Usteromer is an absolute phenom and he is 19''......................you would definately stand out if you were that big............way out. An inch is a HUGE difference when it comes to an arm. These guys at lower than 200 lbs with 20" plus are as big as some of the biggest arms in the sport...........I think Voevoda had 21 or so when he was like 260 and MASSIVE...........shorten his arm up and strip away 100lbs..........how big does his arm look now???...............ain't harrenin. Omer Usteromer is the biggest freak I have ever seen as far as arms are concerned and his are 19.............but you can see that..................his arm is better than any bodybuilder I have ever seen.......................and people are on here saying 1 even 2 inches bigger at a lighter weight.....................please I just remeasured .................24".................ripped.

yes Rob, you are right and Omer should be at least 220 pounds guy if he had normal size lower body.he was about 187-190 with 19 inches arms. Haydar at 165 has about 18 inches when really pumped (about 17.5 cold);

About ten years ago I weighed just over 190 lbs. I was doing alot of lifting then and my arm were just under 18". They looked huge because I am short, and I have smaller muscle heads. I'm going to let this go without hammering it my friend..lmao On a serious note..My arms look much larger than they are due to my height as well. I'm at 17.25 per my last measurment which was Monday, but often get told they look bigger than that.

What are you saying Bro? Is that hard to believe? I was on an excellent liftng routine. I was taking creatine. I would do supersets for my biceps and triceps. After a workout, pumped, the biggest measurement I had was 17 3/4". I don't know if you ever took creatine, but I have gotten great size results when taking it.

I agree with Rob.
No disrespect to anyone, but bicep sizes are as exaggerated as bench press numbers. I've met Dave Patton and I know Greg Helm. No way are their arms that big at that weight. Maybe 17 inches. Some of the biggest muscular arms I've seen in armwrestling are Bobby Hopkins Sr. He might be 20-21.

Helm is bigger than 17 for sure. I am a little over 17 myself and his arms are larger than mine are.

I'd post pics, but I don't want to intimidate other pullers.
