you know what Travis,when i feel threated by someone my adrenaline raises so high that it makes me wild and i be afraid of myself.i have an advice to you,if you ever be angry at me and decide to do some action risq your own life.i cant do no b.s. talk.and your size may not help you if it comes to that point,my life is not as sweet as yours.im ready to lose it if its necessary,so please dont ever threat me.

I think Engin is going to take Cobra .... so Cobra should just go back up to the next class ;D

I have taken a page out of Dave Pattons Book of diet and nutrition. I rarely get over 165 the last 2 plus years, so 154 is easy. I have been at 156-157 for over a week without any sauna and have not cut fluids or salt. This is the most important PULL that I have ever had coming on the 16th. I listen to all the hype. I know I know. |

i believe that Travis is not a softy,he is man enough to do what is necessary whenever he needs and im the same way.i consider him as my friend as long as he takes me as a friend.he is a good guy and he makes things more exciting.he loves to tease me,because he enjoys this.
Alper,dont worry about it,im sure when i come to visit you we also go to Travis' and train together.
Cobra,i hope that i didnt write anything that offended you.you know how much respect i have for you.no matter what results come out from vegas this wont change.
i want everyone to know that im the underdog here for sure.i pulled Cobra before and i can say that Sharon and Cobra are the last ones in the world that i would wanna pull.

I only meant about the Sauna, was the class is 154 and you were calling all uner 165. ( I was referring to all the others that would have to sauna from 164-163-162 etc.. )) Goodluck in Vegas  |
