Thats where my money has gotta go then, hey plus you wrote to me last week telling me not to bet on you and that I was right to go with Cobra Neil, there is nothing wrong that you think Cobra will beat me,Brzenk and Bagent thinks same way, also Cobra believes in same way.but none of them came with an future excuse that you came with."if Cobra is ready he wins,if not Engin wins",this is what bothers me and you act like you dont understand.if Cobra wins this is because he deserves,if i win its because i deserve.that is simple, what you did wasnt right, but either you dont understand my point or you have too much pride to admit it.if i had money i would bet on Cobra too.but right now i must win and the last thing that i need is discouragement.once again, there is nothing wrong about you to believe that Cobra is gonna beat me. Ron,if we are talking about vegas it would be a great mistake to not to mention your name.even if Brzenk was competing only in 242s with 230 body weight,i still wouldnt be sure that he would beat you.you are a great puller. I would definitely not take anything away from Engin.
He is a great puller, and just might upset you all. Engin is a legend and should be looked upon as one. Don't try to discredit his win by saying he had a head start, or some bull like that. Same with Cobra, if either wins, means they deserved it, and pulled hard. If one is faster than the other, then he is faster. If that beats the other, than so be it. It means he's better cause hes faster. Or whatever.
That is like somone telling me that the only way I can win is if I poke him in the eyes. That isdisrespectful, and it would make me wanna beat the person even more.
Edwin

Man you guys are crazy. I have all the respect for Cobra and I like both him and Engin but Cobra is the one making the come back, not Engin. As far as I’m concerned Engin is the favorite and Cobra is the one that needs to prove that he can beat him. Engin is the best until someone can beat him. Then they will be the best on that particular day. You judge someone the best by their performance over several tournaments and many head to head challenges with someone before you can say they are not the best anymore. I’ll say it again; Engin is the man until proven otherwise. ;D

Hi Edwin, firstly..........I DON'T DO BULL SH*T !!! secondly I have plenty of respect so I haven't a clue what you are talking about mate , I do have an idea how good Engin is though and I rate him as one of the best pullers at his weight in history and as we have been mates for around 10 years he knows that. I am sure he values your support and thanks for letting me know about respect and disrespect thats very helpful mate I've made notes CHEERS !!! OK Engin, lets put this point to bed now, I am gonna run through this one more time OK, nice and slow so that you know where I am coming from. Then I'm moving on because I am bored of the point now to be honest, soooooooo.................. put down you sword & shield mate and read this .......... I think Cobra is gonna to beat EVERYBODY in the 154lbs. class !!! IF he is back to his best............ BUT I haven't actually seen Cobra pull at his best since Virginia Beach Worlds 2000, (ie. in many years) SO Leonard's point about being a favourite is theoretically correct in some ways. ie. You will start as favourite in the eyes of many and thats perfectly understandable, I only have hear say, historical experience and talk to go off at this point. This means I feel that I have a better understanding of your current level than Cobra's as I last saw you pull against World Class opposition last year in the Europeans ( but you pulled Top Boys like Vern only a couple of weeks ago and got the result). There is no excuses, or justification needed in my opinions on this match or any other mate, its my call and I already made it, you and Cobra decide the result not me or my opinions, I can only effect my matches. Plus, I'm struggling to believe that, something as insignificant as me betting for or against you in this kind of situation discourages you mate Personally I don't give the flight style of a sommersaulting sh*t what people believe about my pulling, some days its OK and others it ULTIMATE BONK ha ha ha !!! You are too experienced and CLEARLY far to passionate about your role in the match for that. You can use my comments for fuel or water for your own fire Engin, again you choose. The funny thing is the outcome of this match won't change the manner in which I percieve you and your capabilities at the table one bit !!! You will finish the day in the same way in which you started it in my eyes Engin, win loose or draw !!! I have formed my opinions on yourself and the other elite Armwrestlers I have enjoyed watching over the years on just that...........their individual performances OVER THE YEARS, not over the afternoon Later Angry Lad See ya in Vegas mate Cheers Neil.

Leonard,i and Cobra has pulled before and all i can say is he has better genetics than i have for armwrestling.there is a thing that called " muscle memory".he has been at the top of the world before, and im sure that if he is saying that he is well trained and injury free, then he is the favorite.im saying this with all my honesty.i also heard that 10 Russians are coming for vegas and im sure that if they really come at least 3 of them will be in our class.this will make this class harder than world championships.because in the worlds we only have 2 russians in a class, and that was already enough to make the class like a hell.too much stress to handle for me but i must control and use it as a weapon when the time comes.if the Russians come,it wont suprise me if Cobra and i cant make final four.because one tough match will change everything.mark my word!

No worries Angry Lad, of course we are cool mate its just opinions on a message board, no offence was intended Engin and like I said if anyone had asked ya where my money would be if Cobra was pulling in 154's I'm sure you would have guessed I'd be backin the man as you know how much I rate Andy's genetic weapons and ability. Sure, I know some results from Swiss event last weekend where incidentally I pulled like a proper P NASS !!! Right Hand 65kg 1st Superslim Italian / Don't know name sorry !!! 2nd Equally Slimline Swiss / as above 75kg 1st Stephan Hippin / Swiss 2nd Davidi "Christ" Swarde / Italy 85kg 1st Kimon Schnieder / Swiss 2nd Dorsun "my room mate" Onder / Turkey 3rd Pascal Girard 95kg 1st Mr. F. Lad Esq. / England 2nd Martins (spelt wrong / Swiss 3rd Pascal Girard / Swiss 105kg 1st Sylvan Bielly / Swiss Supers 1st Georgi / Masters WAF W.C / Hungary Pascal Girard did a top Job and put in loads of effort as always organising this thoroughly enjoyable show, plus he pulled really well in two classes and gave me a scare on my way up !!! he is in great form. Good Job Pascal !!! you pulled well mate. Thanks mate See ya in Vegas Engin T Take it easy Shagger !!! Fat Lad Out 4 Now

I pulled with Kimon Schneider (sp?) about four years ago on a practice table in New York. He was very impressive. He beat Mike Selearis that day. I haven't heard his name since.

Absolutely, Kimon Schnieder is an exceptional talent & I really believe that he has all the tools and technical attributes necessary to become a great Armwrestler. This lad is one to keep an eye on (along with mi right honourable Badger Nog "Wise Grip" Andy Barker who is also THE HUSKY'S SPUDZ !!! ) Kimon is a very intelligent young man, extremely determined, hungry and mentally he is extremely strong also which is undoubedly another major weapon in his arsenal. I have been lucky enough to have Kimon in attendance at ARM WARS in the past where he succeeded in not only competing well against high level opposition but also exciting and entertaining the crowd in the process. Kimon is simply a class act on and off the table, he is definately one of my favorite Armwrestlers to watch and he impressed me enormously again (and helped me considerably) in Geneva last weekend. I have to say also his victory over Dorsun Onder (who is certainly no Mug !!!) was remeniscent of Ron & John's respective victory's over Ivakin in the Zloty Tur. Cheers Fat Lad Pix Esq.

All this talk, wish i was going.
People, let me tell you , Snake face is ready! He has been hitting it very hard, myself, Owens, Victor, Ballenger, West and a few others will vouch for that! The knock down drag out practices he has been having are unreal, most of us leave with flesh missing! Cobra is ready and in rare form, as in I've never seen him this fired up for anything in my life.
I dont envy anyone that steps to the table across from Cobra. I've seen Engin pull many times and he is a true champion. All the respect in the world to you Engin. Get fired up and take it to the table! Good luck.
I think Cobra is 16 time world champion or something like that. He knows what it takes to make it to the top.
He will find away to win this, I have ZERO doubts.
Just my opinion. Take care, Rick
