I have a few questions, if anybody knows the answers that would be greatly appreciated. Is Garrett Richardson planning on going back down to 176 ever? He beat Bill Logsdon at 198 lbs. today.
Same question for Shane McLaughlin and Eric Baldino.
Is Totraz Tomaev still training and planning on competing anytime soon? How about Mike Dawson?

From what I've heard, Garratt Richardson and Shane McLaughlin have put on weight and are not going back to 176. Still not sure about Eric Baldino. I plan on updating the rankings by the end of the month.
To my knowledge, Eric last competed @176 in November 2008 at the Kentucky Muscle. His most recent performance was at the Ohio States in February, where he pulled 199-220... and won left handed... but that's a ways away from 176!

Eric will not be at any events anytime soon, with his job right now he has had to work out of town which has slowed down his training..Maybe the end of the year but i doubt it?

I talked to him on Facebook several months back and he said he was 185ish.. so I think if the even was the right one we'd still see Eric at 176. Just opinion of course.

Thanks for the info Jeremy! But I wonder why he was in the 199-220 class at Ohio States 2 months ago then?
Just saw on the Ohio State Championships thread that he walks around at 195 when there are no tournaments coming up. If he won't be competing till the end of the year like Shane said I don't think he should be kept on the 176 rankings anyways, that would be nearly 2 years competing at a higher weight, not fair to the active 176 pullers.

I'm guessing he is around 190 now..I would not keep him in the 176..I know he will not be back till sometime later

Look for rankings changes next week after Toproll/NW Indiana - all classes will have some changes - the 176's will look completely different!
