Okay so I have been wanting to update the rankings for about a month but was waiting for Gary to post the videos of IL States so I can remember who beat who and how but I can't wait any longer. I have talked to a few people and have enough info now to make some changes. Once the footage if posted I might make a couple slight changes if needed. Here are the updated rankings, I'll keep the rankings on this board as is for a couple days so you can look at them and see exactly what changes were made if you want to. sites.google.com/site/mnarmwrestling/midwest-rankings-1?pageReverted=51As always, questions, comments are more than welcome.

Its a good thing rankings don't mean a whole lot, cause if this was to be used for seeding criteria in a tournament I would be screwed considering some of the guys ranked have never beat me. But its a good way of stirring something up.

Good call Alan! What a joke. By these rankings I can't believe Josh isn't #1.

As I explained to Kirk via pm, the way I have always done my rankings is; if you beat someone ranked above you, you shall be put 1 spot above the person that you beat. Assuming that the person you beat wasn't just totally wasted from a previous match. The reason that I was moved up/put on the rankings is because I beat Josh Wickre (previously ranked #3) last month in South Dakota. Josh Wickre was put onto the rankings last year when he beat Heath McDonald (who was ranked #3 at that time and is again after beating me and Josh in SD). Heath has convincing wins over Luke Stanley, Lee Culpepper, Me, Yosef, Josh Wickre (3 flash wins and 1 time Josh beat him), Brian Robling, Scott Harris, ect. All the guys I mentioned he has flashed except IIRC Lee slowed him down. I am not playing favorites at all or trying to move myself higher than I should be, which may be what has happened actually I am just using the same formula I have always used which is "beat someone, be ranked above them" with most recent wins being the main factor. For all the Eastern Midwest Pullers, I do plan on going to Unified's and the Chicago Tourney in Oct. as far as tourneys in your area go, and I do believe Heath is planning on going to Unified's and KY Muscle if you want a crack at him (of course I can't guarantee that he will be there).

" if you beat someone ranked above you, you shall be put 1 spot above the person that you beat."
