That was Russ' last event Josh, but he will pull on Dec 5th in the am class.
Also to answer your ? on facebook.. Yes I will be there to compete, but will only pull one class. Seeing that Ethan and I are meeting in Jan, I will pull what he doesnt so we don't meet up. So either 54 or 76 only rather than both this time.
Are you coming down bro? If so you can crash on my couch if ya need to man.

Thanks and I'll be there probably going in the 176's. I'm going down with Yosef and our newest teammate Adam Kruger (242 lbs. side pressure monster) and anybody else who wants to go from here (maybe just us 3).

What state does John Bates live in?
Brandon Redmond (IL) has not competed in over a year, he's been taken off of the 176 lbs rankings. Steve Attard has not competed in over a year and has been removed from the 243+ lbs. rankings. (if I am incorrect about either of these guys not competing since the 2008 Kentucky Muscle, please let me know).
Russ Kasper has to compete left handed on Saturday at MO States to keep his spot (243+ lbs.)

I formed an overall left and right, some guess work involved in this list and I would love to hear any comments:
Overall Right Arm: 1. Richard Lupkes - Undefeated by any midwest puller in 2009, won nationals, beat Don Underwood, 3-0 with Nick Zinna. 2. Don Underwood - Pretty much always wins the midwest tournaments, made Rich work a bit, beat Nick at ROTN. Beat Tim Bresnan at the Arnold 3. Nick Zinna - Has wins on Don and even a win on Rich but Don has the most recent win, as does Rich. 4. Paul Fischer - Strong puller, 3rd at WAF World's in 2008, but lost to Bresnan at 2008 Unified's 5. Eric Brown - Looked unstoppable in 2008 and 2009 6. Robert Bishop - has wins on Paul Fischer and Blaine Middleton) 7. Jeff Bradley - has wins on Blaine, Craig Wirth, John Creekmoore, Trapper Saltzman and Scott Lohmann 8. Blaine Middleton - has placed above Michael Todd and Lindley Keating, has beaten Billy Kirk, Bob Sutton, and Don Underwood 9. Brent Rakers - the best at 198, beat Matt Lively at MO States, won 198, 220, and 242 at IL States. 10. Steve Rau - Has wins on Paul Fisher and Brent Rakers
Overall Left Arm: 1. Robert Bishop - Unstoppable in the midwest, beat Underwood at IL States, 3rd at Harley Pull 2. Don Underwood - 2nd at IL States, beat Doug Allen (Doug pulled 2 classes though), won Unified Nationals, has beaten Michael Todd and Lindley Keating) 3. Paul Fischer - 2nd at Unified Nationals in 2008, has beaten Christian Binnie 4. Scott Fleming - 2005 220 lbs. World Champ, current 220 lbs. Unified National Champ. has beaten Don Fritsche, beat Nick Zinna at Pull for the Hungry while pulling 2 weight classes) 5. Doug Allen - beat Ron Bath, Don Fritsche, and Matt Lively at ROTN, has beaten Billy Kirk numerous times. 6. Don Fritsche - beat Ron Bath, Devin Mackin, and Dave Chaffee at ROTN, has wins on Scott Lohmann 7. Nick Zinna - has wins on Scott Fleming, has beat Mark Nutsch, Chris Josten, Chris Chandler, beat Matt Lively and Lane Hardwick at ROTN) 8. Billy Kirk - beat lots of guys in 2009, has wins on Ryan Barnett, Glen Brooks, Matt Lively, Bob Sutton, and Rod Sellers 9. Blaine Middleton - beat Bob Sutton at the S Indiana Challenge 10. Bob Sutton - has beaten Billy Kirk, Rod Sellers, Paul Walthers, Gerald Dees, Lee Bonnett, Bobby Hopkins Junior, Jeff Bradley
Any disagreements please let me know.

Can Travis Berggren beat Bill Logdson and/or Ryan Clark? Just wondering what you think?

I know that Travis beat Robbie Burnett at the 2009 New Mexico State Championships, and Robbie beat Chris Chandler at the Oklahoma State Championships 5 months later. That was the match where Chris got injured, but if I remember correctly they pulled earlier in the day and Chris won but it was a good match. Chris has always beaten Ryan abd Bill this far. Though I just realized, when Travis beat Robbie, Robbie was pulling 2 weight classes, when Robbie beat Chris, Chris was pulling 2 weight classes.
If I took Travis off, I would put Tom Dixon at #10 however since he defeated Ryan in their supermatch, and right now I have Ryan ranked above Bill. Good question though.

and the last time Tom pulled Brent was 2 years ago at Pull for the Hungry beating him 2-0 in the finals, I was looking forward to those two pulling last year but Brent didnt because he was resting up to go after his triple crown.

Yeah I realized he beat Brent but he also has loses to Sonny Larson and Ryan Clark this year and Brent has always beaten them, at the ROTN Sonny didn't even get to pull Brent as he got 6th and Brent got 1st. So I had to put Brent above Tom. For now I think Travis is okay at spot 10 though, the overall rankings don't mean as much imho anyways. But I think all the rankings will be different by the end of the year.

I have no complaints about your rankings, was just stating I would have liked to see them pull again for those reasons, everyone's styles are different and can help or hurt them against certain competitors.

I know I was just saying why I ranked Brent above him. It would be nice to see them pull again, maybe at Pull for the Hungry this year.

There will most likely be some changes to these rankings within the next 4 days, with toproll and Illinois States.
