He's not anti-Israel. He believes Israel should stand on their own. He also said they are a sovereign nation and they don't need our permission to do whatever it takes to protect themselves. Exactly. He also reiterates what Netanyahu told our Congress a few months back, that is that he doesn't want or need our help and that Israel can take care of themselves. Robert, just curious, what does it matter either way if he was for or against Israel? Usually when I ask people why they are so all about supporting Israel, they usually can't give any reasons other than the talking points the "news" provides. Next time someone says that, ask them and see what they say, and obviously tell them that he's not against Israel cause we need the votes. ;D dont let my answer fool you i am 100% behind Ron Paul he is the only one i would vote for the point is that some Christians are under the assumption that he is anti Israel but they take what he says wrong or they are fooled my the mainstream media interpretation of what he says believe me i think we are near the death of this country as we knew it/ constitution / republic and it pisses me off the wealthy elite behind the fed are destroying us in order to move us into a one world government system the more i pay attention and look into things the more shocked i am at how evil these people are I am starting to understand why America is hated so much around the world but they should hate the wealthy elite who control us and Britain dont get me wrong I am a America who would fight and die for my country in a split second but we are going in the wrong direction and maybe Ron Paul could stop that

He was already attacked for saying the civil war should have never taken place.
But I support that statement.

Anybody who is 76 years old will have said some things that aren't politically correct. What will be more interesting is to see if the media ever calls the current President out for belonging to an openly racist church.
The real test is if Ron Paul can defend himself. He's very good at educating people on policy and history. But if he wants to be President he needs to show some fire in his belly. At this point he comes across as a very reasoned policy wonk. For a leader, people want to see that he can take charge.
People will follow a flawed leader if they believe he can lead and he is going in the right general direction. People will not follow a policy wonk.

Yea these people are stupid. Hannity brought it up to and tried to nail it on him. I've lost all respect for hannity and no longer listen to him.

Hannity is a mouthpiece for the RNC. He's not conservative, he's a bought and paid for Republican operative. His viewpoints change daily based on the RNC talking points. They've tried to make him the Republican version of James Carville.

They are scared of Paul because if he wins, the republican establishment will not be able to control him like a puppet.
I hate when they say he's not a Conservative because of his foreign policy. He is also being labeled as "dangerous" by the republican establishment. It being "scary" to imagine him being president.
Now they are saying the only reason he's winning Iowa is because the democrats want to spoil the election, and that only 51 percent of his supporters in Iowa identify themselves as republican. They just don't get it, or are in denial.
