Don't tell me you'd be surprised if thousands or even millions of people do. I'm no longer amazed at what people believe to be true. Nothing needs to make sense to these people whatsoever.
Jonah was swallowed by a giant fish for 3 days! Not to worry... this was to SAVE him and he was spat out later and lived!! FACT!!!
These people believe stories like that Mr. Kaufman, why would they not believe that the world will end on this date?

^^^Lol. Very true. I guess I'm surprised that they're literally going all-in and selling their houses and quiting their jobs and stuff. I was talking to a guy at my work and he overheard someone in the ER saying he quit his job and maxed out his credit cards believing in this! I just wish I could ask one of these guys for a couple thousand bucks, cause hey he won't need it, right?

Well Chris, if they honestly believe what they're saying to be true, they should all do the same thing right? I mean it's easy to say you believe but to put your money where your mouth is (so to speak) is another thing. Good for them I say! I just wish I was in the real estate market to snatch up on all the cheap home sales. I'd sell their homes back to them on Sunday for a moderate markup ;D
If everyone is gone and I'm left here with all the sinners boy I'll have egg on my face. I'm confident I'll be just fine come Sunday though.
Actually, this kind of reminds you of other doomsday cults we've seen in the last decade or so. They didn't fare too well did they?

I have never read the bible but doesn't it say somewhere in the bible that "Man can't predict the end of days" So, if one person says everyday that tomorrow will be the end of the world...............It should never happen? Oh and make sure you bolt all your stuff down.........!!! lol

I don't believe this is going to happen, but it is funny that there has been an increase in seismic activity lately in the Nevada area. Not saying something is going to happen saturday and I hope it doesn't lol because I will be armwrestling in Georgia, but isn't there a prediction or something about the USA being rocked by a mega quake after Japan??

The Bible says "No man knows the day", if anyone wants the exact scripture I can get it for you. So, when someone starts saying they know the date, and make bill boards all over the country about it I'd skeptical also. It's guys like that that give christians a bad name.
Ok, here it is: Matthew 24:36 "But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only."

Cant all the millions of deep holes we dig have something to do with quakes? It might sound dumb but kinda logical if u think about it.. That doesn't make prophecy any less true.

I don't believe this prophecy to be true.
In fact I believe this is a lie of Satan for you guys to solidify your opinion that all Christians are insane

i dont even a little
my own opinion is that the rapture will be close to the 3 half year mark of the tribulation because of Dan 12 and Matt 24
the Jews have yet to build the temple but they have already prepared for it and could throw it together within weaks if they want and for year people thought the Dome was in the way but they figured out the temple was to be built in a line the eastern gate and not were the dome is
i believe that has to happen first

it is interesting that the bible mentions how the court will be given to the Gentiles for 42 months which would mean that the temple and the dome will be there for that amount of time

Whether pre, mid, post I don't know. But the Jews have been training for those temple rituals for the last 40-50 years. They will rebuild that temple..... One thing that I find interesting is In all the discussion we have had no one can refute the biblical prophecies that have and are being fulfilled. Granted I know I don't present much of that because I don't really study prophecy much.

The end of the world could come anytime. Here is what the LORD of heaven and earth wants you to know. It really does make a difference what any one say, but Him. Remember it is impossible for God to lie. Hebrews 6:17-19
