Good Job Man, try to keep your lat a little closer to your elbow this will help you close the deal a little quicker not to mention give you more control, I will say that guy in the blue hat was pulling from what looked to be an arm break position in every match(shoulder completely turned away from the table, not looking at his hand), somebody should warn him or he is going to get hurt, thanks for the videos Thanks for the advice David.....and yes...I does give more control...I feel like a whole different puller

David you can make me ineligible for novice class i wont be pulling them, I took 2nd right & lefty at UAE in June, so i figure i would stick to the open now! I think it is great to have a list to help the promoters keep out the guys who should not be there!! This should help the guys who are just starting out have a fighting chance!

Clint, I agree with Dave man you were taking out some monsters in that tournament!!! I remember seeing you at my first tournament last year at tri-state and I can see that you are not the same puller. You have really progressed. I guess all that training with James and Paul is really payin off for ya. Great job man!!

Well this should just help you to update that list so if Jacob Hale comes to your tournament you can make an informed desision on weather or not he can pull novice I looked through your sight, I love the layout but cant find the page you are talking about The first time I ever saw an armwrestling table was 9 months ago. Ive pulled in 5 tourneys total, all of which I pulled novice and the last 3 I pulled in the pro classes as well. The only reason I pulled Novice to begin with was for experience in how NOT to break my arm. I still do not feel 100% confident in what I am doing at the table but I made the decision after the Show of Champions that the SEC would be my last novice event.

I still do not feel 100% confident in what I am doing at the table but I made the decision after the Show of Champions that the SEC would be my last novice event. well I agree with you making that decision for yourself, you have won 3 right handed and 2 left, which would say to me you are either too strong for the novice class or simply too educated. Everyones pace is different thats why I believe its novice wins that should count and not years in the sport. The idea is to pull at a level until you have surpassed it reguardless of length of time good example, Scott Whitfield pulled one tournament as a novice left handed he was simply to strong for the average novice from the very start and so I booted him, I also bumped him from his class 176 and made him pull supers right handed, I dont think he won any tournaments but was always in the top three and I think he will agree he is better for it. I know what you are saying about feeling comfortable not hurting yourself, these are things you can work on in practice, I am not one who believes dominating a novice class will make you any more educated as far as injuring yourself goes Furthermore, this is why I said an informed decision because in my mind your left and right can be held separate and some may let you pull novice left but not right, was just using you as an example not trying to single you out.
