I know… new baby and all you have not had any sleep right?
If Craig gets in then why not Chad, and or James Smith? No disrespect to Thomas but I do not think he can handle Martel, You cannot hook Vern, and Thomas does not have enough hand to top him.
Reimer is an interesting choice he is tough, I have a lot of respect for him so he is a possible, but the last time he came down and pulled Petaluma in the 198 class he took a third, behind a 198 Scott Flemming and 176 Kenny Hughes. How does Mike and Todd get left out of that group?
The open class, well TB, all I could say to myself was “That Guy Can’t Be Serious” ;D ;D ;D

The first problem is, this is just opinions and everyone has one just some are bigger than others (just like other anatomical parts). The second problem is that we are using weights that are not regularly used by either USA or AAA. The standard weights used by USA is 154 176 198 242 243+ While AAA uses a 154 171 189 209 231 231+. I do believe that to rank someone they have to pull in that class. ;D

Simon, James and Chad are not able to make 165, Craig can make 154 in three weeks so 165 is his natural weight...
Bryon Thomas is a beast, know disrespect to Vern but I do think Thomas can handle all comers in the 165's except the the great VEPKIA..

So Chad or James can not lose 11 lbs? What about George, though he is quite proud of his extra weight he certainly could lose 11 lbs. No doubt Craig could make that weight but I personally just don't think you should rank somebody because you know he can make the weight he either is making that weight for events or he is not since he has not, no ranking.
I have pulled both Vern and Thomas this year and though I think Thomas is awesome, both at 100% I have to put my money on Vern, no question. Vepkhalia, he has a great top, can he dig and hook? I may have to agree with you that as long as you do not include Engin, Vepkhalia should sit on top of 165.
Devon Larratt needs some respect, he took everything one of the great hitters in the sport had to offer (Barboza) and then tied it up with the best hooker in the sport, (Brzenk). This guy deserves a ranking.

OK, so you say the rankings are based on Nationals, World wristwrestling championship, and the Arnold Classic (which are considered the 3 biggest tournaments) but none of these, other than USA Nationals, even has a 165 pound class? I don't understand! The rankings should be 154s, 176, 198, and heavy weights since the major tournaments have those weight classes. And YES, I can make 165 weight class ANY TIME! So, who picked these weight classes which aren't even offered at most tournaments?

Thank you Chad!!!!
I will say this about the weight classes used for this particular ranking. They are certainly a bit more publicly pleasing to folks outside of armwrestling in my opinion, 165 is a lightweight 198 is a middleweight and over is a heavyweight, not to mention due to the large deltas in between, there are far fewer people that we can argue about what weight class they could be ranked in compared to say if the standard Unified classes were used, or even if you went every 10 Kilos, 154 176 198 220 242 Open, those just makes it too complicated in my opinion.

Craig is smaller than Chad, James and George.... FACT... As far as who picked the weight classes to be ranked, I will have to take credit for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The weight classes are based on the PAA... The PAA along with Pulling John are just getting ready to explode on the armwrestling scene......
Sevan and Bessie are the best and biggest thing "besides TRAVIS BAGENT" to happen to this sport.... With these two powerful teams together big things are sure to happen.....
Just ask me, I know all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, if SIZE matters then I should be ranked at the top of YOUR weight class, TB. I'm a lot bigger than you. So, these rankings are based on YOUR tournaments?? You only have 3 a year. It contradicts the 3 major tournament rule.
Your hero, Chad

Not my touraments, just the weight classes are based from my classes.... You are about the 19th ranked 198 and I don't think you could beat any of the 165 guy's if you made the weight!!!!!!! Again just my opinion!!!!!!!!!

I get it...now that it's out that you, Sevann, and Bessie are in charge, that explains why you are ranked over Matt G. I really do smell the home cookin' since I beat Selearis in your tournament...which YOU set up. Oh, but don't get me wrong...I'm sure EVERYONE agrees that you should be one of the 20 experts.

If you can only do 3 classes then the 165 is the class but there is so few events that have to resort to cutting the classes. Sometimes Great armwrestlers like Chad can get overlooked because he armwrestles in the 176 class. Even at the Unified he skipped the 165 because of the Arnold qualifies in the 176 class. We should rank more classes or have more spots to rank. 5 or 6 is way too small a pool to pick.

Chad didn't get overlooked on my list and I am sure others that voted had him included as well. Chad, no disrespect intended, but if you keep pulling the 198s like you did in WV, you should crack the top 5 in no time. This is not a knock, but it may be time for you to make that progression anyway. You have been fairly dominant in those weight classes. This is all good, dialogue about this is a good thing. The more people discuss it the more it buzzes. And that is one of the intentions behind it.
