Simon you've got fans that don't EVER wanna see you pulling 154's again Hope you do some damage in the 176's and stay big and strong! By the way Chad looks huge for 176, I wonder what he walks around at? |

Thank you sir, I appreciate that....It was an interesting experiement but I agree no more small Simon, walking around in the low 170's all of last year was not fun nor that productive. I am 190 today and in that photo, I was 196 about a week ago, dieting down as we speak. Chad is one thick guy I think I am a bit taller than him and I have very large legs, but I bet we are similar in weight, none the less we have got to be the biggest 80K pullers in NA so I would advise everyone else not to come in light to this class. |
