I think Zoloev is first
Devon would have to be a consideration for sure. He should be pulling 242's but he pulls shw.
Babyev and Liliev should also be considered high on that list.
Mr. Hutchings looks good these days as well.

If you take height into account it's Devon, Devon can't be 209 like Arsen at 6"5.. If Arsen was even 6"2 he would be 275 plus..

No doubt many of the heavier pullers have more absolute strength but if I had to guess who had the most strength per pound of body weight I think it would probably belong to some of the guys in the range of 150 to 176 pounds.
This is also consistant with sports such as powerlifting and olympic weight lifting where there is an objective view of what strength is in terms of weight lifted, the heavy guys lift the most wieght, but the smaller guys tend to have a higher ratio of weight lifted per pound of body weight. If lifter A benches 300 while lifter B benches 305 people pay attention to lifter B. But what if you find out lifter A only weighed 150 and lifter B weighed 310, now lifter A is twice as strong as the guy that benched more than him. I think this is one of the reasons why armwrestling has struggled to catch on in the publics eye because currently there is no objective way to fully grasp how strong "and skilled" these elite armwrestlers are compared to an average everyday guy. I think this is also why most supermatches tend to have the bigger guys competing because people are fascinated by absolute strength. I would love to see two elite armwresters like Devon and Arson wear a pressure sensing glove during a match to see just how much torque is generated between those two hands in a match. I dont think the numbers would surprise any of us, but I think it would shock non competitors, they would finally have an objective way to see why they really dont stand a chance against guys like that, because you know good and well half the guys that watch armwrestling on tv really think they could beat the guys they see on tv, but they dont even begin to ponder such ignorant thoughts when watching the worlds stongest man competiton, because they have an objective means of comparing the strength of the competitors to that of their own. Sorry, got a bit off topic, haha.

I think that's an excellent point, Eric. Joe Public, at 6 feet tall and 225 pounds, knows he is a big strong guy, but he also knows he can't pull a firetruck down the street, especially for time. However, he has no idea that he would not be able to move the average lightweight armwrestler off center.
Remember the first time you got on the table with a real armwrestler? That instant "light bulb moment" where you thought "this guy is STUPID strong. It doesn't even make sense."
There was a show for a while called 'fight science' or something to that effect where they did 3D modeling of an athlete, used high speed cameras, etc, and then measured the kinematic forces produced / experienced to put it into perspective. Armwrestling would blow people's minds if they saw the breakdown of what is actually going on.

The shows you were referring to is what got me to thinking about this whole thing, here is a link to one of them, it has dennis rogers in it, he was a former armwrestler, they say he was the strongest one on the show in terms of pound for pound. Now we just need a biomachanist and a tv show and we will be good to go! www.scivee.tv/node/2322I have had too many of those light bulb moments where the guy I was going against appeared to have superhuman strength. The public needs a means to have that light bulb moment too with out having to enter a competition, then armwrestling will begin to get the respect it deserves as a sport, once that happens interest level as a spectator wanting to follow the sport may grow too. I can see it now, viewers being able to watch armwrestling on tv while simaltanously seeing stats that measure velocity, torque, pressure and all that good stuff, haha.
