As a Oregon puller let me chime in on this. Alot of us pullers in these parts have fallen on "HARD TIMES" in the last year or so due to jobs (being lost), injuries, pullers relocating to different states, etc..... So we've taken a hit. Life gets in the way at times, it just all happened at the same time with alot of us. Some of us pullers are getting back to it, it's only a matter of time.

I was curious on who is planning on coming to Unifieds this year in Reno. With UAl 7 postponing and WAL in vegas a few weeks prior, will there be a big tunrout? With UAL putting in alot of effort for this nationals, will there be alot of their top pullers armwrestling? Good question Chris. Don't forget the USAA Nationals are also on June 28th In Hartford,CT. If I'm not mistaken.

Hey Leonard, my 12 & 8 yr old sons pull. You should include them at Oregon State next year.

Yes but all they have to do is put their best guy against Bart, their second best against Wagner and their third best against heynoski and they win. Simple as that. I second that!

It's really not fair to compare a WAL event right out the gate to a UAL event that has 6 events in it's back pocket already. Maybe we all can re-live this if and when the WAL has around 4 or 5 events in the books. Just my two cents.

I like everything about it so far. 1) It's promoting our sport to a national audience. (which everyone wanted right?) 2) You to see more than just household names, I like seeing people pull I've never heard of. 3) I don't mind the underground atmosphere, it's different from the glitz and glamour for a change (meaning "I pull you anywhere, anytime" motto. 4) Love the back stories. What I don't like so far is that you need ref's who know what they're doing. Unless I missed something, if you slip in a loosing position than match is over. The mini fight I can do without, because how often does that happen? We don't want the world to know that there's fights at tournaments. Let's quit bashing each others promotion, it's a win, win. Just my two cents.

I was at that Idaho event back in March. Sill, McEllrath, Oleg all beat each other at least once.
Left hand went like this 1) Oleg 2) Jordan 3) Josh.
then right hand they flip flopped. It was one HELL of a class that day.

Great job on this David on these rankings. I do wanna say on the 177-198 right hand that George Weaver doesn't pull right anymore. Other than that great work

My nickname "Chocolate Thunder" had nothing to do with armwrestling. In fact that name was given to me about 5 years ago by a buddy of mine. He was wasted and this is what he said "Yo Chocolate Thunder you wanna another brew". At that time I guess it was ok. Now it's pretty catchy being a black guy and all. I thought it was pretty cool, so it just stuck with me since then. Maybe because it had nothing to do with the sport itself was why it's kinda cool (IMO)
