Plate pinch(2 hand) 70-2x15sec 90-2x15sec surprised on this...I need the end of a barbell to be able to add weight, so i will just have to stay with this for a long while....

Glad you could make it yesterday man! Me too. Honestly, I got the same "high" from arm wrestling as I do when I overhead press, or pull a vehicle or something to do with strongman! I am looking forward to training more, and to begin competing and getting better
