DB Bench press and Decline BBPress 3x5
Arm wrestling pulls with resistance band and my friend pulling against band some for added pressure worked on shoulder roll and top roll, both hands
Cannon Ball pullups 3x10
DB Hammers 3x10
steel bending 3/16" round stock-bent 6 pices...this is a huge confidence builder as I have never really tried this....about to order more pieces. (might try the 1/4" stock in a few days)

I ended up bending 7 more pieces of 3/16" stock last night at Nye dinner and back at the gym....I did some more shoulder roll and top roll pulls with resistance band, bent 2 pieces of stock and pullups. For the next week I will NOT do anything arm wrestling....just regular lifting and all. Then LIGHT crap to wake the fibers back up 5-6 days out from my meet (Jan 19, 2013)

Then traveled to Bloomington to workout with Bloomington Strongman
SLD (again) warm up to 340 365-1x 385-1x 405-1x-PR!!!

Weighted Pullups 3 sets
BB Shrugs 315-8x 345-8x 345-10x 345-10x
Incline DB Bench 70s-5x 80s-6x, 6x, 6x-PRs!

Hardcore session, improving already and getting better. Worked a lot on back pressure and top roll technique...also did some grippers. 75 days until my next meet!

Static holds in start position (for back pressure) 3 sets of 35-45 sec holds/hand...had some dude apply for resistance on last 2 sets

Highlights from the past week of lifting
Back to 500+Lb rack pulls, sets with 260 on BB rows, 3x12 neutral grip pullups, seated row 200x6, I can tell my wrists and forearms are getting stronger, two strippers I played with last Saturday felt my forearms and were speechless lol, and I passed my steel workers aptitude test!

Week 1 svend karlsson routine-Military Press 7sets of 4 with 130-each week lose a set, add 5-7% on poundage
