So I am curious of all the experts out their. In a hooker vs TR match. If the hooker gets the hook does that mean they have a stronger hand and wrist? If the TR'er gets the TR does that mean they have a stronger hand and wrist? Here is a clue......If you answer Yes to either question. Then you really dont know what your are talking about. This^ The idea that hookers are "stronger" than top-rollers or vice versa is kind of ridiculous. There are so many aspects to Armwrestling strength. From the fingers, through the wrist(in all 360 degrees of movement), through the elbow, bicep, brachial, shoulder and rotator cuff and all the way throught the lat and core. There are too many components to make a generalization that one type of puller is stronger than another. Some people are stronger in some of the components and some people in others. Some are just strong everywhere. Cyplenkov is top rolling now, I want to say he's doing it because it works, not because he is too weak to hook....

Why yes Bob, I was Jus mostly busting balls... Too many variables to consider to pick a clear winner between pulling styles... Agreed with Michael also on his above post!
I would pose this question to you though... Hooking makes yer TR stronger but not vise versa... Fair enough??
