I know from experience that there is a huge difference in power, walking around close to 200 and cutting water and food to make 185 and gaining back the water. In 1996, Moscow Russia, I dropped from 235 to 154 and the next day I was back to 171 Just because he was back at 200 doesn't mean that he was back to full strength cutting takes a lot out of you. Nothing is ever for free and that is the price of dropping a class. Usually it is worth it. JMO
