Ryan,
My father is a Mason -- a leader in our church "Church of Christ our Lord" in Waverly Ohio- and has been for over 20 years- and has been saved and washed in the blood of our savior -- He was with me at the alter when I took my first communion and was there when I was saved. He was the one that explained to me the wonders of our living GOD...He is an honorable - loving and a wonderful man of GOD. I take extream offense to your post and my father would be extreamly hurt.
Have you researched this at length? Have you discussed this with anyone that is a Mason?
Please, I have read alot of your postings and must say -- I admire your conviction - but your make people turn away with a deaf ear with the manner in which you witness. Ryan -- my brother in christ -- it is our duty as christians to witness and live by example. Be a leader and stop standing on a soap box and proclaiming that which you do not have a complete and utter understanding.
I would suggest to you that you actually talk to someone that is a Mason -- I will even offer to you my father -- Malcolm Cisco -- he will more than likely be at Nationals in Columbia South Carolina. I am quite sure that he will be more than happy to sit with you discuss anything in which you would like to discuss followed by prayer.
Good Day, Nicole

I would love to sit and talk with your father Nicole. My father was too a mason. As I know that some members of this board are as well.

Ryan, my dad, along with my father-in-law, are Masons. My dad is a 32nd degree and has been for over 30+ years. He has instilled more about the good Lord in me than any preacher I know.
The Masons are bound by brotherhood. A brotherhood of placing God as the most trusted, honored, and worshipped. A brotherhood founded on morals...christian morals!
It is funny to see that everytime something is taught to someone who has no clue as to what they are preaching about, that person comes in and floods the forum with NEGATIVE viewpoints. I know of this school you go to and it spews negativity towards everything opposite of their views. You speak about cults all the time and how bad they are, yet, you are in here trying to force your beliefs as if you are in one yourself. Curious though, why is it that this school you go to teaches on such issues?
Ryan, I see you digging a hole for yourself and I am trying to extend a lifeline to you before you bury yourself any more than you already have/are.
Would you have come in the day before yesterday with this, talking like you know a lot about it? Even by your own words you say you are not that educated on it, and you are giving the info. as you get it. I agree with Christian when he says to know more about your government (or your present subject you may be speaking about).
I implore you to come in with some positive points about things that differ from your viewpoints. You speak positive about God and Jesus...yes...however, you need to apply the same love toward those that are different than you and your ways.
I am not sure if you answered the question Nancy asked you on another post, but can you name your minister? I may know him.

Nancy and I both met Nicole's dad at a couple of tournaments. He is an awesome person. Just in the short period we talked, he made a lasting impression on both of us...for the good. Nothing about murder or anything demonic coming from this man. _______________________________ Pete, I'M WHITE ;D ;D

Is there a difference between a mason and a member of the Freemason? Does anyone know?

I implore you to come in with some positive points about things that differ from your viewpoints. You speak positive about God and Jesus...yes...however, you need to apply the same love toward those that are different than you and your ways. What is there good to speak about the occult? or false religions? One of the beliefs of Masons in that we should embrace our brothers of other religions. becuase it is against there codes and oaths to speak against anothers religion. But im sure you would see that as a good thing. But its not, cuz that means you can never preach that Gods Word and Jesus Christ are absolute truth. To preach Christ as absolute you deny and reject EVERYTHING ELSE. They have Christian Lodges They have Islaminc Lodges They have Jewish Lodges the only religious requirement to become a mason is that you believe in a god. So that your oaths are more binding to you. It dont matter if you believe in Jesus or Muhammad, Buddah, or cows. Billy Graham is a Mason 33rd degree. He now says that Jesus isnt the only way to heaven. According to the bible that is false doctrine or a doctrine of devils. George Bush now refers to several "holy" scriptures. Rather than just the bible as a TRUE christian should. And then he claims to be a hardcore christian. A christian and a muslim should NEVER pray at the same alter. A christian and a Buddhist should never pray at the same alter. A Buddhist and a Muslim should never pray at the same alter. Nicole, Im sure your Father is a great guy. I dont doubt that at all. My teacher is a former mason. he is a former mason becuase Jesus Christ brought him out of it after showing him the truth. He explained the many demonic and satanic rituals that they practice. And their goals andmotives. He explained their death oathes. You cant get the truth from a cult from the inside they are supposed to lie to you. You have to go outside. Strange thing with all cults and false religions is that they make you swear you wont do that and if you do they will kill you.

You speak about cults all the time and how bad they are, yet, you are in here trying to force your beliefs as if you are in one yourself. Curious though, why is it that this school you go to teaches on such issues? They teach what they teach because noone else will. Everyone else thinks that were supposed lead people to christ with guitars and cadillacs and hillbilly music, and it just aint so. We are supposed to preach the Truth, and that the only way to heaven and the only way to have victory over the sin that so binds us is through faith in Jesus Christ and him crucified. They teach what they teach because the church is so infiltrated with this garbage and people are being decieved by it. My school and my church doesnt threaten me with my life or my soul if i decide to leave THAT is evidence of the freedom in christ and the freedom of my school and my church. There are some churches that are preaching if you leave there church you will go to hell. And the occults tell you if you leave they will kill you. If anyone wants to hear a live broad cast preaching against these false doctrines here is a link. jsm.org/html/radio.htm

Well Ryan --
You need to do a little more research..... I think and believe with all of my heart that your love of God and is somewhat being taken advantage of..
As you learn more and grow as a christian - you will mature and see that what you are doing right now is not bringing people to christ but driving them away.
I will pray for you - as I am sure you will for me.
and my dad IS NOT IN A CULT !!!!
