But I have been thinking if we all do some promoting in our communities an get people interested an there really are more people interested than you think, then we could get them to invest in ArmTv an it would pay off, because I think Gary truly would put the money into the sport. I truly would too if I was able to.

Ok, here goes,, Gary wants everyone to PUSH memberships for ARMTV, to start generating MONEY. - What are the intentions for this extra revenue? (you mention bigger money tournaments, FILA, advertising)
You state that ARMTV is the only consistant way to unite Arm Wrestling, - Can't say it isn't but is it the best way?
What exactly are you offering up to the sport? Are you wanting to be the go to guy, spoke person, media voice for the sport on a larger level?
You keep mentioning "we" are going to be doing these things (the people who care) -What are these things and are there names to correspond with the we's
You mention pulling John as a major film, -Alot of people in the community will be waiting for it, Over the Top is STILL referenced by the "don't know's" when you mention arm wrestling..
You talk about getting the balance of power transfered.. -Is there a plan of action?
What is it.....
Those are the questions I would like answered....

I UNDERSTAND SECURING SPONSORSHIP! I have great idead on taking it to the inside. All it take is a good marketer, with good photo and tv coverage to sell BIG sponsorships.
I have money sponsorships I am working on for the NYARMSgroup for the net two tournamants. We'll let you know how that works out.
Call me to hear the truth.

I am going to ask the "dont knows" (people at work, friends, etc) what they think would make armwrestling interesting to watch.
On another note, it seems like every time I show someone a little technique, they get very excited about the sport. Maybe some internet demo videos for the masses on "how to beat your big friends in armwrestling" that demonstrate a little technique would get people excited. Or maybe a short technique demostration right before commercials on the ESPN airings. JMO.

So the main idea is to raise money and get it to the right people to promote the sport...
Who is in charge of the organization we have now?
What are they doing to move to a bigger level?
Here is an idea, with alot of activities you have to pay a yearly membership to be able to compete at events.. example: flat track racing , not a huge crowd draw, but alot of people still race and we pay a yearly membership fee to be licensed with AMA.. people pay because they want to play.. (a great way to generate revenue and find out who wants to be there and who doesn't) Similar to Gary's be a member of ArmTV to pull at ROTN. You want to pulll Nationals you should be a member of the organization.. same with local sanctioned tournies,
Shouldn't this organization have regional representatives that oversee tournaments, now these representatives collect membership fees and make sure it gets to the right place to HELP the sport and NOT pad pockets..
